“Everything about our stay was perfect. So thrilled I managed to find this place for myself and my partner to switch off. Sandra and Declan are absolutely lovely and attentive nothing was too much trouble and Honey (🐶) is a real cutey, throw the stick or ball and you have a friend for life.
Just 2 huts set in such beautiful, secluded grounds. Surrounded by sheep, a couple of pigs who loved to say hello and chickens. The woodfired hot tubs were a real treat, one of the reasons for booking and it was lit ready for our arrival. Really didn't want to leave.
It's a shame the owners are selling up but I hope whoever takes it on continues to run the huts as we'd love to come back.”

“Wow, what can we say. This break everest all expectations. Well thought out and very relaxing. Felt at one with nature, and seeing the sheep and chickens was a bonus. Beautiful surroundings. We were hard pushed to go anywhere. There was so much to explore.

“First and foremost, it was our warm welcome from Declan and his lovely dog, Honey. We were led through the beautiful grounds to our delightful Shepherds Hut.
Our hut was one of two, separated by bound of space and nature. Both huts are completely private and fenced in with their own garden, barbecue space and wood-fired hot tub.
We really loved how secluded our space was as well as being surrounded by nature and animals. The hut was so comfortable and well maintained with everything you need to take care of yourself and eat well. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought and care into their venture.”
