The property is well maintained, clean and comfortable for a stay in the area. It is a good base to use to visit several places in the area. It well located in the town itself and is close to facilities.

Minor comment we had two dogs and the courtyard was a little small so we had to do many regular dog walks. Whether we liked it or not 😆

The property was very well presented and decorated, clean and a lovely touch of providing basic amenities. The location was perfect for Chipping Norton high street visits!

The only little issue was the lounge looked like it was in the middle of being decorated, the curtains were missing and there was masking tape around the lampshades. The carpet when entering the upstairs bathroom was a bit tired. However we still really enjoyed it!

The location is fantastic very easy access to the centre of town. The parking is very good too having it's own barrier system. The house was very clean and modern.

It was a very hot summer and although there were fans, we didn’t have aircon. Thank goodness the heating didn’t come on.

An oven would have been great, however, we were aware it was classed as a kitchenette.

Gorgeous property in a gorgeous area. Perfect central location for popping along to a few different villages. The property was nipping clean and very spacious. It had a nice homely feel to it and very comfortable. We arrived earlier than expected but parked in the secure car park and off we went exploring. The communication with the property owner was fantastic and we were allowed in earlier due to the home being cleaned earlier from previous visitors. All in all just great!

The only thing i could think of was there was no oven, but to be fair, there was a huge variety of places to eat and drink within a couple of minutes walk and if you’re on holiday, you’re not likely to be roasting or baking anything anyway!

Check in process was easy, all detailed in the email about codes and where to find the keys etc… we were in number 7 which is down the steps and roughly in the middle. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable, we were a party of 2 adults, 1 child (13) and 2 small dogs. We stayed upstairs (with en-suite and balcony) our lads slept on the very comfortable sofa bed downstairs with the dogs. The property was well appointed with TV, fast broadband, dining table and chairs, arm chairs, sofa bed, desk etc… plenty of space for us all. The kitchen was clean and tidy, with a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery etc… there was also a 2 ring hob and a dishwasher. If you’re interested in Clarkson’s farm, then Diddly Squat farm shop is 1.5 miles away and the pub, The Farmer’s Dog is a 15 minute drive away from here. We’d absolutely stay in this property again if we’re in the area.

Small kitchen, would book again however we would choose one of the properties with a larger kitchen area . However we booked quite late so this wasn’t possible this time.

Excellent property, very clean. Lovely little seating area outside. Comfortable beds. Great position just a few strides and onto the hight street, but still in a very quiet area.

The floors upstairs creak so so bad you can hear it all through the house & the toilet roll holders up and down need refixing they are loose

It would have been great to have flat sheets available as an alternative to quilts on the beds, as the weather was so hot. The floor upstairs is noticeably creaky and spongey which was quite off-putting (difficult to quietly creep into the bathroom during the night without disturbing others).

Modern well-equipped house in a great location with a small courtyard garden. It was easy to park in the private carpark and straightforward to gain access to the property, which was clean and tidy. Overall decor neutral with two spacious bathrooms (good water pressure). Communications with the host (via Booking.com) were promptly answered and clear.

I loved everything.

The property is in the centre of chipping Norton so easy to go out and about around the town with all the lovely shops . Also, the property was gorgeous.
