We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The flat was much bigger than I expected and exceeded my expectation. It was equipped with all the necessary items you would find in a flat. The kitchen has all the usual appliances needed for cooking and meeting dietary needs (a working fridge, cutleries, plates cups etc). The WiFi works fine and easy to get the bus to travel around. The host Matthew was very responsive and extremely polite. He responded to me with the details needed to check in as soon as I booked the property and suggested I can contact him if I needed help. When I had a problem with the boiler, he came promptly and resolved the problem. He was very apologetic and told me he would move me to another apartment if the problem reoccur. ,

I was up visiting Barney for my grandfathers 100th birthday. The property is right in town and also so close to some beautiful walks! I will definitely be coming back!

FrancePerhaps more detailed instructions for the heating and WiFi which would also have saved Matthew having a "call out" in the evening when we arrived.
Breakfast was not provided but the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Matthew, the landlord arrived promptly when we were having difficulty understanding the heating system. So all was well!
