The weather 😂

The house was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and sorted out a small problem straight away. The welcome breakfast was a big bonus and we didn't have to worry about shopping.

The only thing was the shops were about a 10/15 minutes walk which wasn't too bad but we couldn't fault anything else.

It was the perfect accommodation,had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable.

There is nothing i didn't like about where we stayed. It was just lovely

I loved this house for its size, as a family on holiday you still need a little time to yourself and that's what we had. Even the garden was a nice size with little seated areas. The hosts had left us some lovely treats, and breakfast bits which was lovely. I was sad to leave at the end of the week. All amenities within a few miles, and some beautiful beaches. I would book this house again if ever i came to Kent again. I thank the hosts for their lovely little welcome message 🥰

Absolutely nothing, it was fantastic.

Comfortable environment, clean and tidy, garden was beautiful and well maintained, driveway although tight space it was convenient, perfect area for a family to have their own spaces in the house. 2 TV’s with Fantastic WiFi connection. Overall one of the best places I’ve had to experience, also had a lovely warm welcoming in the entrance with my Name listed on it, fantastic service!

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

This place is value for money. The hosts, Debbie & and Steve, were very friendly and helpful. They left a very good sized breakfast pack which was a bonus. The location is perfect for visiting Broadstairs, Margate, Ramsgate. Lots to do. If you didn't want to drive, the property is on a bus route.

This was my second time staying at the property, and it was a fantastic stay once again. Steve also allowed me to check in earlier on my arrival day, which was so helpful. All in all, I am extremely happy with my stay. 🙂

It's a lovely house with a beautiful garden, well situated.. It is fully equipped and very comfortable. We found it clean and tidy. The offered breakfast items were really appreciated. We recommend the place to any family of 5 like ours.

With a mix of double and twin rooms, with the sofa bed it was very flexible to fit our group’s needs. The garden was perfect, and all facilities exactly as desired. Thanks for the breakfast items left, they really were really useful. All in all an excellent base, 5 star

Driveway is tight for parking. Having a full house and only one shower requires planning, however we knew this when booking.

Had an overall excellent stay at this property. Very clean, tidy, spacious and well equipped with everything you could need for a weeks stay. Breakfast for first day was a very nice touch. In a residential area. The local bus stop is right outside front door. Close to shops, restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend!
