This is more of a personal preference because of travelling a long distance, but I did not realise there would be 3 flights of stairs for me to get to my room. Other than this, the entire stay was perfect and it did not affect the quality of my stay

The en-suite bedroom was very clean and spacious. I enjoyed having my privacy and felt that the space was very suitable for my needs. I slept well and the dining room was very lovely

An immaculate townhouse, with a real home away from home vibe. Tina and Vanessa went over and above to ensure that my stay was comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. The view from all windows was just lovely and it is a quiet and lovely part of town. Access was easy and I received a warm welcome. The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was great. Breakfast was delicious and kept me going for most of the day.

I actually thought I booked a different location further up the street that I’d been to before. In fact this one was nicer. It was keyless entry, which I couldn’t find the code initially. Soon as I did, I entered into a wonderful location that I really can’t top. It was clean, bright and extremely beautiful as I walked up to my room. The room itself was small but probably nicer than some more expensive and larger rooms I’ve been in.

It was very inconvenient as a conference participant at Bristol Uni not to be able to leave my luggage later than 13 pm on the day of departure. I inadvertently turned off the hot water in my room. Better signposting would have helped!

Lovely hotel. Really convenient for the centre of Bristol. Fairly small rooms but nicely appointed and clean. Breakfast cooked to order in a lovely open kitchen.

Downside is door creaks (possibly due to ground floor & being near front door) & also below breakfast room so no chance of a lie in after 7.30 am. I would stay again but ask for different room.

It is a beautiful Georgian house. Excellent location! Cabot Tower is just behind it. I love its large sitting room and kitchen. The room is very quiet and impeccably clean. Very nostalgic English style. The landlady is very friendly. They also have an adorable pet called Yumi. Absolutley love this place!

The only thing that wasn't perfect is our room on the top floor was very hot in the heatwave - but there was a fan in there which helped, and not much anyone could do about it in an old building.

Delightful guesthouse in a great location, perfect for exploring Bristol. We particularly enjoyed being enthusiastically greeted by Yumi the dog.

Council parking should accept card payment as the app could not be downloaded if not from the UK region. Not the property’s fault and the host kindly helped sort out the payment

This is a beautiful Georgian house conveniently located near two parks and the Bristol Art Museum. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the area! Breakfast was amazing as well. There is public transportation close by and lots of shops and restaurants.
