The outside floor on 1st floor was dirty. The bushes were blocking us from climbing steps. I had to cut them off myself to take all lugguage upstairs.

Nothing springs to mind, very reasonable for the price.

For a group of friends needing somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay after a gig in Wembley this was ideal. Everything you need is available nearby too.

The apartment needs refurbishment. The general decor and the main bathroom are tired and need a freshen up. Also, the whole place needs a deep clean, there were cobwebs on the insides of the velux windows and in some of the corners of the ceilings. The outside of the apartment, in particular, needs to be completely cleaned up, powerwashed and painted. It was very offputting on arrival, to see the very messy and poor appearance outside.

The host was very helpful and responsive to our questions before we arrived and the cleaner, who was on site on arrival, was also very personable and helpful. The location is absolutely great, 5 minute walk to the Train station where Metropolitan line and some overground services are available and Harrow bus station is right there too.

The entrance from the back was initially off putting but inside the property was perfect. There was a delay in arrival, past the time indicated, due to cleaning staff still working.

The entrance was horrible, metal stairs in horrible dirty condition, when we arrived we were thinking whether to move in or not, we had to clean the area ourselves, there is no access for car park not even to load/unload, got the PCN notice within two minutes, the backside entrance was horrid, the kitchen tap leaks constantly, there are spikes on the stairs, my son got hurt because of that, the dining table was so filmsy it could barely stand and gave impression could break anytime, other most horrible thing is flood flashing light at the entrance, it was just blinking 24 by 7 was very irritating to enter/exit at the night time.surprised with excellent reviews, there is nothing excellent there, the host charged 50 pounds extra just for 1 and half early check-in, will never visit there and no recommendation for families at all, the outside of the property was just disgusting and dodgy and dirty area, there were waste bags lying on the road everywhere, truly regret booking.

The property bears a resemblance to the photos. There are marks on walls,it smells of cigarette smoke and there was mould in the shower recess. Happy to provide photos. There was only one key, and the lock was ‘sticky’ which was stressful as there were a couple of people staying - and didn’t want to get locked inside and I would have thought two keys was a basic requirement. Not all facilities were present - I was told to go buy an iron (but not to spend too much money for example). We were told by the host it was good value for money - we were ok with the price it was just the other issues that were problematic and hopefully can be remediated.

The entrance as it was a cast iron staircase , not very clean looking , although it didn't help the look as it was raining . Could be improved by better lighting not having to use our mobile torches. It is also down a back entrance behind shops & garages but we knew this from the owners information , who was a very helpful & friendly person,.. The shops were really very good right on hand for all your needs , we had a very nice Indian takeaway just around the corner . .we were there for only one night as we attended a family funeral But it would be great in the spring , summer & autumn with shops open and bright longer evenings . So on the whole it was a very nice suprise once we put the key in the door to see what was in front of us, yes a lovely duplex apartment.

Very spacious indeed , very clean and a lovely big window in the large lounge/ diner/ kitchen And a lovely entrance hall & landing for coats ect and great storage in the bedrooms in large wardrobes.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay. While the hosts were accommodating and allowed us an early check-in for free, I regret to inform you that our overall experience was far from satisfactory. The property had several issues that significantly impacted our stay: Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the place was not adequately cleaned. There were visible signs of dust, and various surfaces seemed neglected. This aspect was quite disappointing as cleanliness is a fundamental expectation for any accommodation. Housekeeping came 1 day before our check out when we were sleeping,apparently she had received a wrong schedule, on the day of the check out she arrived even 15mins before the time agreed and make us very unconfortable. Lack of Basic Amenities: We were surprised to find that there was no air dryer available in the property. This was inconvenient, especially given the common expectation of basic amenities like this in a rental property. It would be beneficial for future guests if the hosts could ensure the provision of essential items. Unpleasant Odors: The location of the property exacerbated our experience. The front of the building was plagued by unpleasant smells emanating from nearby restaurants, which significantly affected our ability to enjoy the space. Additionally, the presence of garbage in front of the door further contributed to a negative environment. The beds is making a lot of noise which is very unconfortable Despite the hosts' generosity with the early check-in, the overall condition of the property overshadowed this positive gesture. I believe it is crucial for both hosts to address these issues to maintain the high standards expected from a platform as booking.com I hope that this feedback proves constructive in improving the quality of stays for future guests.

I liked the location - everything you need during vacation is just around the corner. The facility is generally clean and in satisfactory condition. The host is awesome - always willing to assist and takes feedback.

The fuse switch kept switching off and causing some heater, fridge, TV, wifi and sockets on 1&2/F not working. 3/F is good. Highly recommend to move the wifi to 3/F, since wifi is very important for the travelers and it stable. I reported to the owner already. Hope it'll be fixed asap. Floor was dirty & sticky (might because of the weather). It's better to bring a pair of slippers for indoor use. There're a few wet towels hanged on 1 of the rooms. Cleaner might not have enough time to dry them. At first owner gave me the wrong code on the key box. The # was for the other key box. We got the key successfully.

Location is very good. Close to market, shopping center and close to stations. Many restaurants choices around the area. Good renovation. Owner is accessible and always give quick response.
