The caravan needs a clean. Certain aspects lacked cleanliness and it was a shame for it to be the fault.

It was comfortable and we had a lovely time.

Desperately needs a new fridge as the one at the property leaks. Also it was a bit cold at night and there was not suitable warm bedding available.

Felt that it was not cleaned well smelt a bit musty of dogs Dusty rooms and litter found such as vape, lolly sticks, dust and hairs Could have done with kids plates and cutlery if possible The mop supplied was not fit for use

We enjoyed the layout of the caravan and the two bathrooms, enough space for the whole family to stay comfortably The veranda was really nice to chill out and the table and chairs. Also addition of a BBQ was fab Beds were relatively comfortable and enough linen especially with the towels included Good fast WiFi and TV Happy to see some toys there for kids and board games. Great location 5 min from the sea, playground area and the indoor bar /mini arcade. 45 mins from Faversham swimming pool, huckleberry woods and the large supermarkets 5 mins away there is 2 corner shops, bakery and fish n chips plus the main seafront promenade and big arcades. Plenty to do

I wouldn’t say it was the cleanest.. needs a bit of TLC the floor was quite dirty. My white socks were black are found hair in the fridge and quite a few different coloured hairs round the bedding so that was a little bit disappointing the bedding felt abit old and the duvet was very thin.. The bed didn’t fit the bedframe so the bed was a bit wobbly

Good size property dog,friendly and the area was dog friendly in most of the pubs two toilets is great the outside space was amazing.. internet was good there was lots of kitchen essentials ext pots pans plates … nice dining area and answered questions, very quickly and swiftly

Could do with a cheese grater and a can opener lol these are def a must have. There was an issue on arrival but hosts sorted the problem instantly and done as much as they could to rectify, hosts are great

The caravan is situated in a really nice spot overlooking a field and a beautiful sunset, the park has lots of facilities. Really nice caravan which is roomy and Caravan has Netflix! Major bonus from my kids

No Coffee machine as advertised (and also no teapot) Not the cleanest - crockery, glasses & utensils needed a good hot soapy wash. Some health & safety issues. Very rickety stairs into the home but most importantly oven door fell off if trying to open it - hinge not connected!! The replacement electric countertop oven didn't work - seemed to have no electricity. Contacted owner who did respond immediately but no attempts at fixing. Swimming pool closed on Fridays (the day we tried to get in - reception staff didn't advise that the day before when asking about the procedure for booking. Adults have to pay £5 a day to book swimming or use the restaurant - kids £4)

Well appointed home with very good living space and a bonus of 2nd toilet & sink. 3 bedrooms albeit small but makes it very versatile for a family.

We had to clean the floor on arrival as it felt dirty. The oven door was broken.. so it was unusable for the week. Cupboard draw broken. No hairdryer as stated. And didn't pack one. Some items of clothing left behind from previous people. 6 pm of day 3 no water on site until 3.30 the following day. Had to leave a day early. Was compensated by the owner.

The site itself was good. Immaculate clean and good things to do for the kids.

The parking spaces were not ready. You needed passes to use the swimming pool, restaurant, indoor playground for kids and activities! This was not mentioned upon booking. And it is is quite expensive!!

Nothing to not like

We have been to Sheerness many times but this caravan was great enough room for all of us 2 toilets which is great for little ones. The lady left a bottle of Prosecco which went down well Thank you. Sweets were left for the kids just so kind

Absolutely loved our stay at A&A caravan! The caravan was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Very well situated, near to all amenities including the play park, so the children could venture off on their own. Thank you for the wine, chocolate and sweets for the children - this was such a nice touch.
