The property is advertised on Booking.com as having a living room and a separate bedroom. This is not the case. My daughter ended up staying at our friend's house in Wrotham as she had a separate room there. So this proved to be disappointing and not our plan. The photos don't show the sofa bed at the foot of the double bed. I feel this could be addressed in the description.

Location couldn't have been better. Parking free and unlimited on the street at weekends. Extremely clean. Kitchen basic but quite sufficient for an short stay. Appreciated the cereals, milk, coffees etc. Well decorated, with good taste. And in excellent condition. Double bed very comfortable. Host very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Much appreciated.

The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable and too soft. I ended up sleeping on the sofa. They need a new mattress. Otherwise, it was a very good appartment.

Lovely little apartment in a quiet village close to amenities and motorways. Well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Owner very responsive. Will definitely return again when visiting family and friends in Kent.

The WiFi wasn't good when we were there. I was planning to work on one of the days but couldn't due to poor internet, at least it gave me an excuse to chill!

need a permanent fixed wall mirror in bathroom. shoe/boot rack by front door would be a good idea. cuttley drawer beneath hob would be good. repaint railings at front of property to reflect the excellent decor inside.These are just minor things I would have liked to see, but did not detract from the stay. Being central means that you do get a little bit of trafic and people noise from outside at times, but that is to be expected. No problem.

Shower head over bath only (prefer full showers) No designated parking and the village was really busy for the Bank holiday - Rose and Crown pub let me park on their car park with no charge!

Booking Com had it listed as having a separate bedroom, this was not the case. It was a bedsit or studio apartment and I generally prefer a separate bedroom. Despite this, I would stay there AGAIN, now aware it is a bedsit. I would highly recommend it due to it location, presentation and support from the owners

The Old Surgery was immaculate and provided all we needed. It has a large bathroom and separate toilet and well resources kitchen and washing machine. It is a great location with a general store a few doors away and a great selection of pubs within a few minutes walk. We had needed assistance and the owners responded very quickly and addressed our needed. I would most certainly recommend it to a couple and would stay there again

Misleading Description: The property is advertised as "luxury" but is actually a basic studio flat/bedsit that feels more like a spare bedroom with mismatched furniture. The description doesn't match the reality of what you're paying for. Strong Artificial Fragrance: Upon arrival, there was an overwhelming smell of what seemed like "Shake and Vac" perfume throughout the room. We eventually located a fragrance unit that was the source - this could be problematic for guests with sensitivities. Parking Issues: Parking wasn't available adjacent. We had to use the public car park several minutes' walk away, which was inconvenient with luggage. Practical Concerns: The light switches are positioned on the opposite side of the room from the entrance, which could be challenging for guests arriving after dark. Overall Experience While the location was perfect for our needs and the space was clean, the property doesn't live up to its "luxury" billing. For the price point, we expected better furnishings and amenities. The strong artificial fragrance was particularly off-putting.

Fantastic apartment everything was perfect. Thank you to the host, Victor, for being so understanding when I locked the keys inside. The location was excellent right on the high street of beautiful Wrotham. Three pubs in the village and a wonderful village shop. I had a lovely stay with my dog. Thank you

The bedding and towels were not changed they were just refolded from the previous clients - we witnessed the cleaner leaving and there were no dirty sheets removed or put anywhere in the property - we were only there from 12.30am till 10am so just slept and left but I keep thinking about the bedding and just know something has to be said

It was advertised as a 1 bedroom apartment with a separate living room that had a sofa bed this is not the case. It was a bedsit with the sofa 1 metre from the main bed this was especially a problem as me and a work colleague were shearing and we needed 2 rooms

The property is part of another home and I felt that privacy was little compromised there is a door Leads to the ? The owner house you could still hear noise and movement the drainage of the toilet and kitchen go through the studio and the noise of the water can be heard all the time, the kitchen blinds are not functioning , the bathroom has no curtain for bath so water spill out and the shower can not be hanged above your head you have to hold it all the time. I thought the price should be £126.00 total and will go to £150 when these things fixed
