Tv didn’t work but we knew that from reading reviews so were prepared with games etc. Also, there was a loud noise perhaps pipes/boiler directly above flat which may make it hard for light sleepers, bring ear plugs if you are. These are only minor things, flat is fantastic.

Location is amazing, flat is so comfortable and excellent customer service. Would stay again.

Internet struggles when more than 2 devices are using it. TV signal is weak.

Lovely decoration. Spacious lounge. Great view and location! Good bathrooms. Handy and secure parking space. Owner is really helpful and communicates well.

We weren't there to watch the TV, but we did try to watch it when we got back to the flat in the evening and there seems to be an issue with the TV signal that needs looked at. Apart from that no real complaints.

The location of the property was ideal as we were up to watch the Dunhill cup, we enjoyed our stay. The ground floor flat was really nice and everything we could have asked for our stay. There is a designated parking space to the rear of the property with two entrances to the block. We had a look at booking .com with a view to renting the flat again in the first week in May but it is already booked so that should let you know how much we enjoyed our stay.

WC seats didn't fit properly. We had a party of 5 - the diining table was huge but only had 4 seats. Apartment sleeps 6, so, thought that was odd and it was impractical.

The apartment location is perfect with lovely view and access to local amenities.

Missing attention to detail. No bedside tables or bedside lights, no shower gel in shower. Taps on basin bathrooms overflowed basins, TV didn’t have main terrestrial channels. No opening window in main bedroom.

Unfortunately, we had to call the contact person twice. First, we could not locate the keys as there is more than one entrance. We were directed to the other entrance which was great. Secondly, there was limited hot water not all of us were able to have a hot shower (the instructions stated there would be an hour of hot water). Also the Wi-Fi is really slow.

We were only there for one night. The apartment was nice and clean. There’s a lovely beach at walking distance. The contacts provided for assistance were helpful and responded to all calls/texts.

The only negative was, not enough hot water for our party to all have a hot shower. Only one of us managed a 4 minute hot shower. The welcome sheet stated hot water for an hour, when is this hour?

Lovely apartment, clean & very comfortable. We just needed a bed for the night, we were there less than 12 hours.

Kitchen sink / drain smells No escape route from main bedroom as outside door has no handle on it, so won't open. Needs coasters and place mats Plastic jug for micro wave Wifi didn't work. TV only some channels worked. No cleaning products. There was a used kitchen sponge beside the sink! Main door handle fell off! Husband had to fix it! Lack of hot water. Cooker hood doesn't work . Stain on bed. Needs mattress protector and pillow protector. All electrocals are out of date pat testing. Fridge needs defrosted

Lack of storage in the two smaller bedrooms maybe introduce towel hooks in bathrooms Would have liked to see more than one set of keys. Made it awkward if people in our party weren't out together

Great location, lovely accommodation, nice to have free secure parking. Great communication with Kerry regarding wifi and previous occupants, resolving everything very quickly an smoothly.

Key safe wasn’t numbered so tried combination on several before getting correct one. Heavy doors but understand this is a fire regulation and to ease the hassle, door stops were provided. Intermittent TV signal but again out of owners control due to weather. Internet connection not always very strong.

Parking, clean with everything we needed, loved the little balcony.

A bedside lamp and the ability to have an open window for the main bedroom. It was very muggy but no ventilation was possible as the handle to open the window has been removed
