Very helpful staff as I got booking wrong and they rectified it quickly. Lovely clean room, great restaurant on site with good food, breakfast also very good, despite having to prebook it. Could highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wolverhampton.

It would have been nice to have a bath in the bathroom. The multi jet shower was nice but felt a little tired and didnt make up for absence of a bath. Though we knew this on booking so not a problem. But the only thing I can think of that would have made the stay even better

Beautiful property in a lovely location opposite the park. Breakfast superb, amazing staff. Second visit in 3 months. Room spacious & spotless. Afternoon tea was a treat but my oh my well worth it. Fabulous highly recommended the food here. Go meet Flash the dog & his owner lovely lady always friendly & happy to talk to you.

Warm friendly greeting on arrival. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The room was lovely and spotless. Honestly, it's one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. Bedding clean and comfortable. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious with good produce. The owner was also warm and friendly. This was a quiet residential area, so there was no noise. We will definitely book here if we're in the area again and try the restaurant for an evening meal next time.

The exterior of the hotel is not the most appealing. There is no lift, which may be an issue for those with mobility issues. Apart from that, I couldn't fault it!

The management and staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. As we were not sure if we would arrive whilst the restaurant was still open, we exchanged messages and the hotel was able to ensure that we would have our meal - and some wine! - on arrival. The restaurant was very pleasant and reasonably priced for dinner. It was a little unusual to have to place our breakfast order in the evening, but that meant we had a breakfast cooked to order and it must minimise wasted food! The breakfast was tasty, and well presented. Our room was warm, comfortable and with a good view over the park. Of particular note, this hotel is very well located for the Wolverhampton parkrun - handy for parkrun "tourists" - and within walking distance of Molineux. It was a pleasure to stay in an individual hotel, rather than the corporate/chain hotels in which we quite often stay.
