A bath mat is provided in our Cabana Suites, and we’ll make sure this is made more prominent in future so it’s easier to find. We completely understand how upsetting this must have felt, and regret that you left with this impression. Following your contact with our office, we have looked into the matter thoroughly and can confirm that a glass was accidentally broken outside the accommodation adjacent to yours. This was purely accidental and nothing more. We do appreciate that when away from home, unexpected noises can sometimes feel more concerning than they are, but we hope this reassurance brings you some comfort. We are also sorry to hear that you found the accommodation smaller than expected and the cleanliness not to the standard you had hoped. This is not the experience we want for our guests, and your comments will help us continue to improve. It saddens us that you left feeling disappointed, as your comfort and enjoyment are very important to us, and we thank you for bringing these matters to our attention
