Great flat with colourful quirky decor, lovely garden, well fitted kitchen in an excellent location. Easy walking distance to town/beach/tunnels etc and about 20 mins to Ramsgate station. Very helpful and responsive host. Would highly recommend & definitely stay again.

Thin roof. You can hear the neighbors walking upstairs.

The flat was just lovely decorated with everything you can need. The location is good and it's possible to walk to the Harbor.

The flat was great! Beds comfortable and the courtyard garden was a bonus. Sarah was great at communicating and a really lovely host. She even offered us a later checkout as we arrived later than planned on our first day due to traffic! The location was perfect, right near a lovely beach and a short walk into Ramsgate for dinner. Also walkable to the train station (15/20 minutes).

We loved the quirky decor and attention to detail within the property. The accommodation is cosy for 4 adults but all amenities and made to feel very welcome. The communication from the host was fab and the location of the property was fantastic. A very enjoyable wkend break and the sunshine made it even better!

Excellent location for bars, restaurants and amenities. The flat is well furnished with all mod cons, clean and tidy and nicely decorated. Pre stay instructions are very good and Sarah keeps in touch in case you have any queries.

Everything! Beautiful decor, retro tweaks... Great location - easy access to Ramsgate and Broadstairs on foot. Cute garden but sadly weather was not good enough to use. Lovely treats and message left by the owner. Great communication too!

Perhaps some black out curtains/ blinds in the living room. My kids dislike wearing eye masks so were up earlier than usual. We swapped on the second night and sofa bed ok for adults but quite squeaky. Shower temperature was a bit unpredictable for us. Towel rail in bathroom couldn’t be switched on so always felt a bit damp in the bathroom despite leaving the window open after showering. Resulted in toilet paper feeling slightly damp.

Great location, excellent communication with host, addictive arcade games, well equipped kitchen, welcome hamper was delightful, comfy bed, guest welcome book with lots of recommendations (Ramsgate Tunnels was really enjoyable and a short distance away). Would highly recommend!

Firstly I’d like to thank Sarah she is the best host, it was my husband’s birthday and she very kindly sent a bday card for him 😊 the property is outstanding, very well thought out, I loved the quirky little items of furniture and the lovely decoration, very clean throughout absolutely spotless. A very nice little garden to the back of the property. Not to far to walk to town and quite central to other coastal areas, we noticed a bus that went to Margate and Broadstairs which we thought would be quite handy. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back for another Stay in the near future. Thanks Sarah for letting us stay at your beautiful home xx

We didn't realise there wasn't central heating, went out for the evening soon after arrival and came back in the evening to find we were freezing. Our own fault - we could have left the heater on before leaving, we just didn't spot that it wasn't automatic.

The lock box was well hidden (we found a different one first and called the owner to help - she explained where the correct box was). The Apartment is very stylish, really well presented, and had everything you'd need. Location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the marina, the beach and the town centre.
