The bed was so uncomfortable could not sleep on it it was so noisy where people running up and down a stairs all night long sheltering and talking outside my door the room had no air conditioning so it was so hot and no wind coming through to win because it was connected to an alleyway

The place could do with a bit of a refresh, but apart from that it was fine.

I liked the fact that it was clean and the staff were both helpful and friendly.

Staff couldn't provide us with more towels as they didn't have any extra just one nor pillows as they didn't have any extras. The shower was not working right, and the temperature of the water was either cold or scolding hot. It was very hard to close the shower and was dripping water all night. The bed lights had their own mind. The kettle was stinky with black mould.

Location was only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Staff was helpful as they could be, with requests of asking for extra pillows and towels. Asked to replace the kettle and they gave us another one.

Everything in there was really old. Nothing like on pictures. Beds, floors, lamps, even bathroom. Shower very small. And we couldn’t open window so it was really warm. Also loud from the outside.

The owner was very friendly and tried to accommodate us as we asked for it. Bathroom was clean.

Smells off smoke no blinds very nosy in rooms late at night and was very dark as you enter the hotel and didn’t look life a hotel looked shut down hot water didn’t run so couldn’t shower wires hanging out the lights on wall

When we turned up the hotel it did not look like it does on the pictures the door looked all boarded up all the curtains closed. The hall entrance was all in dark and had a mouldy smell. Got to the room and the curtain rail was on the side the bed was dead sqeeky and the pillow was solid but all the bedding was clean there was a chair next to the dressing table that maze well of not been there as the bed was to close to it to be able to pull the chair out to sit on it We was in a room behind the entrance door to the bedrooms which banged into our door each time people came through it we asked to move to another room and was told there wasn’t anymore rooms but when I checked on booking.com it said only 3 rooms left at that price and was told to go somewhere else if wasn’t happy. We paid £40 and wasn’t expecting it to be fab but I’ve stayed in better

The bed was very uncomfortable, i struggled sleeping and woke each day in alot of pain, room too hot. Quite clean but did find the odd black hair in the bathroom, shower quite small and awkward. Smelt of paint but work was being done so that's to be expected.

Quiet clean place, friendly staff and quick check in, location good. Kettle, soap and towels in the room.

Mould all through the grout in the shower, Stanley knife razor blade left on top of the shelf? Paint splatter all over carpet and mattress etc. whole building had an overwhelming stench of paint

Mostly clean, friendly and easy check in. Parking round the corner. £18 a night was a great price, but it just a pretty basic room and was fair for the price. Plus close to town centre

Whenever I used the sink or shower it would create the most vile sewage smell that lingered. The front door from outside catches on the tiles. No hairdryer provided. Creaking floorboards from upstairs. Rubbish indoor ariel used. The curtains are hung with wires which are difficult to close. Wish the room had a lamp

Staff were friendly. The hotel has a lift. The room was warm. Tea bags, coffee and milk provided. Wardrobe and shelving storage. Toilet roll, shower gel sachets and towels provided.

Very basic but what do you expect for the price, paint work could have been better but that didn’t affect the stay. Police knocking on the next door, and also there at the end of the night. However that’s no fault of the hotel.
