Room was really warm. AC wouldn’t come on to make it cooler. There was a fan provided however, it was incredibly noisy. The window blinds are also not blackout so in summer the light shines through in the early hours.

Perfect rooms, really spacious and all the amenities you could need. Really clean inside and out including the hot tub space.

The included breakfast was very mediocre, and i do not recommend coming during the summer since some apartments do not have A/C at all and with constant heat coming from the hot tub and the sun it can get unbearable. Although one fan is included which makes this abit more manageable.

The room was extremely hot and we had to have a very noisy fan on all night.

The sauna was a unique feature. Very spacious living space with a huge indoor sunken bath tub for several people!

The round bed very uncomfortable and especially when ur partner is tall and legs hang over the bottom, the soap bath had only the bottom jets working and the hot tub was terrible as jets in that hardly worked either. Could for with an outdoor seating area to drink ur welcome glass of fizz not just the boiling hot conservatory

On arrival we were promised an added touch due to it being our anniversary which wasnt there. We also arrived to a broken door so we couldn't go straight in. The staff were prompt and on hand to fix this but just sort of got in the way of the anniversary surprise.

The sauna and hot tub are turned off till 9:30am me and my husband are awake at 7am and check out is 10:30am The bed was a little on the hard side, I also think an upgrade may be needed on the pillows

A few coffee stains on the floor, stains on the chair too. Other than that everything was clean and tidy. No food facilities so we had to drive out for tea which we hadn’t planned for.

The room was absolutely beautiful, we gasped when we walked in and it smelt lovely. The bed was comfy and the hot tub and sauna was amazing!

The price was excessive for a night. However, I do understand it was bank holiday.

The privacy the room offered was great, even in the outdoor hot tub. The bathroom was brilliant and the room was relaxing.

We didn’t like the pillows, but in hindsight we never asked for extra, and when we did speak with the staff they did ask if we needed anything. Maybes have extra pillows in the cupboard

Loved the breakfast choice, and was amazing. The overnight oats especially. We felt very relaxed which part of it was down to the privacy the staff gave us

Needs a curtain across patio doors to block outside light at night. Fan in toilet did not work. Duvet was small and lumpy - not very comfortable. Bathroom mirror light only works with main switch to bathroom fan turned on. Can hear guests in room above

Slippers but no robes! Light fixtures full of moths! Pointless furniture in room eg daybed and random table with lamp in front of tv! Room looked bigger on photos.

not really 5 star. £15pp for breakfast which was very limited. one sausage, one egg, etc etc and not much flexibility if you wanna change things. extra charges for logs for the fire. That’s a selling point of the room, why charge for logs If you’re 5 star?
