The only downside,, was going to have a bath but there wasn't any hot water, and if there was it took forever to get hot, which I never got,,, I had a shower instead, but had to put a mat down as the bathroom floor was getting wet.

Everything, was better than I thought, so quiet, the bath and shower were huge lol,, id definitely stay here again

Flooring is so squeaky, especially in the super king room. Make me feel uncomfortable walking around as I didn't want to disturb anyone, even turning over in bed would make the floor boards squeak. Definitely need a blind in the bathroom though as the window backs on to the parking area.

Lovely setting and beautifully decorated place for a short stay. Kitchen equipped well with plenty of communal fridge space. Comfortable bed and nice hot water with good water pressure. Easy access parking.

Not a dislike, but even though we read the instructions to the letter, we could not get our bedroom door to lock. Whether inside or out. We were in a rush to go and meet friends, otherwise I would’ve contacted the owner. We took bags etc with us. Having a room number or name would’ve helped. We were worried we had the right room as we didn’t know how many doubles there were - another couple asked us how we knew too as they were a little confused which was their room.

Quiet surroundings and neat, tidy and clean. Thanks for the tea and coffee facilities, and nice shower with products to use. Plenty of room around bed and bathroom.

Great location, very peaceful and quiet. The place was clean, and had a great communal living room and kitchen. The bedding was lovely and soft as were the towels. Bathroom was great, with amazing double bath and walk in shower. Very nicely decorated.

On arrival we were a little unsure where our room was as another customer arrived at same time and said the main door to the house was their room, not realising this was entry into shared area and rooms were all down to the left. A quick call and all was resolved

Shared area was fab, very relaxing and kitchen area had everything you could possibly need. Our accommodation twin room was very ample considering we had use of the shared accommodation. Lovely area to take a walk through the apple orchard

We arrived at the same time as another guest and neither of us had realised that it was 1 entrance through the communal areas to the separate bedrooms. Misunderstanding quickly resolved! Perhaps difficult but veluxes high up in bedroom ceilings without manual or electric blind mechanism does mean light bedrooms from rather early in the summer months. Otherwise all rather lovely

Clean, comfortable and lots of space and some great interior design. Its quiet location makes it the perfect place for a relaxing break. Comfortable bed and good shower. Use of a fridge and other kitchen appliances to save having to eat out or have takeaways all the time. Convenient for Wisbech and Kings Lynn.

Lovely converted barnhouse in an apple orchard. Our room was massive, with a modern bath and shower, and was very clean. Handy having a shared kitchen area too with fridge, dishwasher, etc. Would've liked to have stayed for longer and will definitely return again if staying in that area.

Could have done with a mini fridge in the room just to keep milk ect in to save having to use communal in the night . Also maybe not have as many plants on dining room table in communal area .

Absolutely brilliant location . Very peaceful and nice to just relax and hear the birds singing . Great that parking is free and decent sized shower . Very clean and nice decor . Comfy beds and very good standard of quilts and pillows . Nice to be able to access Netflix overall would highly recommend and will be back in the future .

Navigating the parking was a challenge and the other guest we asked to shift their car slightly was quite rude. Not having a person on site and without clearly marked spaces for each room was a tiny bit stressful.

Only the mattress was a kind of tempur I think. May be perfect for some but just not for me. I also advise an eye mask if you are light sensitive to a sky light.
