Room dirty. Hair ball on carpet along with a false nail and what looked like raisins on the carpet that had lots of hair on it. Breakfast was also not hot, warm at best.

What a marvellous find! Absolutely wonderful staff, great place to stay, delicious breakfast. The room totally exceeded expectations. I suppose it could be considered slightly noisy due to the location (it's a lively pub and also on crossroads which has a lot of traffic) but there were actually earplugs if needed which was a lovely touch. It's an easy 15 minute or so pleasant walk into the centre of Manchester. We are looking forward to going back!

Great size room, great staff. They were so helpful and friendly. Loved them all. Great location as well. Did I mention that the room is MASSIVE?

The breakfast was average. The fan in our room was not working and while we communicated the issue to the staff no actions were taken to rectify the situation.

I was initially given a room with matt, no visibility windows that could not be opened. It was not the room I had booked and I could change it only the next day. Breakfast was bad, in one morning could not be served on time due to some technical problems

The coffee options weren't fabulous and could've used a blow dryer and body lotion. Also, desk was a bit tight.

The staff was friendly and helpful (helped me with bags up to the room). The pub downstairs was fabulous. Breakfast was generous and even had some unexpected options. Location was perfect, close to city center and public transportation (about 10-15 minute walk to many places I planned to visit), yet also relatively quiet. Also appreciated 24-hour front desk attendant.

The staff were all lovely. The room was clean and well presented. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good with a reasonable choice. The room was surprisingly quiet for rooms above a busy pub and the ear plugs provided helped too!

Loud doors closing, breakfast eggs half raw first morning and avo was not nice. But second day vegan full English good.

The pub is a bit tired in some of the circulation spaces. Couldn't get the air-con to work in the room

standard of cleanliness, welcome, facilities, food, value for money - For the money we paid it worked out at around £55 a night for a double room including breakfast...fantastic value. Would definitely go back and use this Hotel again.

Bed very comfortable. Very clean and staff kind and friendly. Our flight was not until the evening and management allowed us to leave our bags all afternoon after checking out, which allowed us to visit the city centre unencumbered. Great location for the AO arena, shopping, and Victoria train station.
