Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesFurnishings are IKEA. It is probably a flipped unit. Materials substandard. Kitchenette is fine. It would be nice to have more than one kitchen towel for 9 days. (knit picky) Bedrooms are small. No dressers in unit. Just two small side tables in Main bedroom. Small deck for nice days (albeit dirty). Owner or Management should review unit in person to consider a deeper clean. Upon our arrival, it was obviously nicely cleaned by Housekeeping personnel... but over time a maintenance refresh is good.
SELF CATERING LOCATION WAS THE BEST PART OF BOOKING. Overall unit is fine for a few days. And was clean. It was good to have coffee, tea & sugar provided. As well as washing supplies.

United KingdomBooked this place for my partner to stay with his Dad and brother for their annual golfing holiday - this year Carnoustie was their chosen course to play. The place is right opposite the course and they had stunning views of it which really added to the atmosphere of their golf holiday. The facilities were fantastic and the place was comfortable. They were very happy with it and gave them a fantastic place to rest after 3 long days of golfing!

Requested hour later checkout day before departure.due to family issues. Had to chase up day of departure only to be denied due to alleged short notice! Polite but unacommodating communication. Propery spotless but very bland. No bedside lamp in one of the rooms. Sachets of coffee but no milk. Coffee machine would be good. No personal touches at all. Nearest shop a good 10-15 walk away.
