We did get parked everyday but was very busy

Good location to town centre, lovely spacious room, large bed. Great view. Nice touch of added extras in room ie. tea/ coffee tray, biscuits & mints also extras in bathroom very nice. Dawn & Syd were lovely hosts,excellent cooked breakfast & good choice of continental.

We had a very pleasant stay at Averest B&B. We attended the Open at Portrush Golf Club and the B&B was only a short walk to the Golf Club. Our room and ensuite were super clean, the view from our room was beautiful featuring the harbour and the ocean. Dawn is a very personable host and made us feel very welcome. The freshly cooked breakfast was very good.

The location was good and the facilities were good with lots of little touches (eg toothbrushes/paste; wrapped up chocolates and ear plugs etc) to make you feel special. The cooked breakfast was very good with great choice of food

We loved everything, no complaints!

Absolutely Beautiful b&b. We were coming for a night away after our wedding for a ( very affordable ) treat. I loved the decor and it was perfectly well kept and spotless. The attention to detail was brilliant with everything you might need. (Like earplugs, cotton pads and toothbrush). The views out the window were unbeatable. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the lady running it, but she was so welcoming , helpful and accommodating to us even though we were a very last minute booking. The breakfast was beautiful, perfectly cooked. I loved that you got a sheet to choose exactly what you wanted to eat, with all the options for eggs. I was so pleased to be able to get delicious decaf coffee .

Parking close to the b&b was difficult

We had the top room overlooking the harbour and the view was amazing. This b&b was quirky, a step back in time which was refreshing. It was spotless, warm, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was of top quality. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and the fact that it was adults only was a bonus.

You could struggle to park your car during busy periods due to the hotels central location. The hotel doesn’t have a car park so you are reliant upon on street parking.

The property is situated in a great position with beautiful views across the harbour. All attractions and amenities are easily accessible.
