We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

KazakhstanI was a little surprised that there is no free WiFi, but that’s my own fault for not reading the description properly. The only downside was a knocking noise that appeared from time to time, even at night, which made it harder to fall asleep and relax.
Location was amazing, very close to the station. The room was clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was provided in advance in the room, which was convenient.

United KingdomThe property is in a good location, close to public transport links and has some pubs and shops only about a 10 minute walk away. You have to check in at A to B hotel which is less than a minute away and has some parking available. The staff were so friendly, we arrived quite early and we still managed to get into our rooms which had everything you need in them, including a fan which I was happy about. The bathrooms were clean. Staff are always available to contact incase of any issues too. Thanks for sorting our key mishap out for us even though it was late! We will definitely come back!

Reasonable price. The man who open the room for us was really nice. We arrived 2H earlier (before check in time) But he accepts us and can enter a room already. Thank you for a nice stay in London. Calm and quiet place. Easy access to a station (more than 2)

GermanyBathrooms are not sufficient for 9 rooms. Many times they were occupied and when not occupied, you could encounter the facilities full of water, hairs and others guests "belongings". The courtesy breakfast is better to be skipped: the liquids did not had best before dates, production information or date. My wife tried the milk and wished later that she did not. Then, there were just some toasts and butter, instant coffee and some mini cereals.
Location: despite being a little away from the city center, the property is near a tube station, shops and grocery stores. Beds were comfortable and seemed clean. There was a ventilator in the room (family room) and two mini fridges, which were helpful. For the purpose of our group (hotel is just to sleep and shower) and trip, it was a good stay.

AustraliaThe bathroom door is quite faulty. The latch can get stuck -- tip: bring your phone with you so you can contact people if you get locked up. The shower does not drain properly and can get clogged within minutes. If you use it before more guests arrive at night, the bathrooms are cleaner and less messy. In fact they are very clean and a joy to use during these times.
The place is near the Ealing Common Underground Station, and the ~4min walk to it it pretty easy. The room is comfortable. The bed is clean and cozy. There's a fan (much needed for hot summers), TV, clothes hanging wrack with hangers, chairs and small tables, and a very nice breakfast set of milk, cereals, chocolate bar, yoghurt, apple and orange juice, coffee and tea. The staff is very responsive. You get a reply within minutes. We requested a late checkin and arrived much later because of flight delays. But the lady who met us when we arrived at night ~23:00 was very kind and accommodating. She was very professional.

NetherlandsThere are 9 rooms in the house and some of the rooms had very loud people in them who slammed the doors non-stop in the evening. Some people returned home at 2 and 3 am and made lots noise as well and woke up the other guests. I lost a lot of sleep, which really affected my trip! Perhaps management can instruct guests to keep the noise down after certain hours? I would also advise management to change the curtains to black-out curtains. There is a large light in the parking lot next to the house that shines straight into the room, which mimics daylight.
The house is lovely with a beautiful and spacious room with a mini fridge, kettle and seating area. The little continental breakfast was also very lovely. There was also a little garden, but I didn't use it. The place was clean at the beginning of the day, but quite dirty in the evenings due to other guests making a mess and not flushing toilets. The location is excellent. Just a stone throw from Ealing Common tube station and a short walk to Ealing Broadway with lots of shops and restaurants.

No luggage racks to set suitcases on so worked from the floor. No towel service. We left our wet towels in the bathroom and expected new clean ones but none in the room day 2.
