Beautiful house, so clean & comfy, great location for an early start to the airport. The host Fiona was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included too. Will definitely stay again.

Beautifully decorated family home with very welcoming host. Felt like home from home! Bed was very comfy and room was warm. Breakfast was self service and satisfactory. Well situated property - quiet location, lovely views of Lough Neagh and close to the airport.

There is a shared bathroom with the other rooms, this didn't bother me at all but may be a determining factor for others.

Fiona was a lovely host and the stay was quite comfortable. If you are a single traveler this place is really safe and a great place to stay. The bed's were super comfortable and the breakfast was great!

The check out time was at 10:30 am, which is earlier than most places. We felt a bit rushed. Also, we would have loved to have a hot breakfast.

Beautiful location, friendly host, beds were soft and comfortable, the place was clean, and the overall feel was lovely. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

We didn't have a car so travelling to the city was hard, the advertisement said we would need a car so thats on us! Everything else was perfect!!

The lady that runs the place is absolutely lovely, she was incredibly comforting and accomodating and helped us a lot by giving us advice as two young travellers and offering us a ride to the airport if we needed which she by no means needed to do. It really goes to show her amazing character and the typical Irish way of accomodating others. Would stay again!

Breakfast was 100% carbs and sugar Although on the 2nd morning host kindly provided 2 hard boiled eggs upon request Some protein like hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese would be welcome for folks like me who eat low carb Plain yogurt instead of sugared fruited yogurt

It's nothing to do with the house or the host, both are lovely! The taxi service comes from Belfast and they charged me an extra £12 because it was outside of their 'zone', even though the airport was only 6kms away.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations! It was in a great location, close to the Belfast International Airport and my room view was next to a lake. The house was very clean and modern with a lot of space to yourself. The bathroom was very nice and comfortable after a long day of travelling. The host is very lovely and I thank her so much for my stay :) Would definitely recommend!

Fiona is a magnificent lady and how she does all she does at Ballyginniff Farm House is incredible. Located right on the shores of Lough Neagh, I've never seen a farm yard so spotlessly clean so you can imagine what the inside of her luxuriously furnished and decorated home is like. Fiona has managed to maintain the old world feel of the farm house, whilst beautifully incorporating modern decor and facilities. We only stayed one night but I would love to have stayed longer and had more time to enjoy everything about Ballyginniff Farm House and go for a walk across the road to lough. Treat yourself or someone you love to a couple of nights here.

Host was lovely. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated as in a large country house style I had a continental breakfast left out for me as i left just after 6am for an early flight. Only 10 mins from the airport. Will definitely stay here again for an early flight

There is hardly anything to dislike.

Fiona has a lovely house, very well thought out and well maintained. We were welcomed by Fiona who went beyond and above for our care. I would definitely recommend staying at her place if you are in Antrim or Belfast.

Such a beautiful location that I wish we could have stayed longer. Watching the sun set over the lake from our window was wonderful. We had to leave early and were very happy to have a tasty breakfast ready and waiting for us.
