Couldn't use the shower unfortunately as water coming through the electrical unit so didn't really want to risk it, some mould on ceiling in bathroom and mould on grout in areas in the shower, lovely property but with some major maintenance issues

Internet only started working 1 1/2 days in shower blocked had to do short bursts keep turning it off. there is actually water coming through wall unit. Bit of dampness in bathroom. No information provided as no link included with information even though notified. Bins outside in driveway overflowing. Weather was good had to clean the old wooden bench so we had something to sit on. Kept getting ants on kitchen table couldn't see where they were coming from

Great location for West Midlands safari park. Great size rooms and a lot of space for kids to enjoy. Could do with a coat of paint and bathroom update but was great for what we needed. Nice space in the garden to play games

There were ants in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms upon arrival. Immediately informed guest services but nothing was done about this during our stay making one of the bedrooms unusable.

Very spacious property. Easy to check in with a key code. Huge driveway easy fit 4 plus cars in. Four double size bedrooms and a modern kitchen with everything you'd need including a washing machine. Huge garden also.

The back bedroom smelt of smoke when we arrived and the patio in the backgarden was littered with used cigarette ends and prohibited our children playing outside (we are non-smokers), there were also used cigarette ends scattered on the front drive. It was very disappointing that these had not been cleaned away, particularly as it was advertised as a non-smoking house.

We had a decent stay in this geographically well positioned property. It gave us a good central location for our day trips around the Midlands. The plus point was the space it provided particularly the number of bedrooms to accommodate a larger family and off road parking for multiple cars.

We just stayed two nights so there weren't any major issues, we would definitely stay again when visiting family nearby. It would be nice the shower's pressure was stronger; but overall a great property.

The house was in a perfect location for our trip. We had two cars and could have fitted another 2 on the driveway without problem. The house is located a couple minutes walk from the train station, so it is easy to visit other towns nearby if needed.

The fact there was only 1 shower in the entire house wasn't amazing. Also the dishes, bowls and saucepans were not clean when we arrived.

Loved property however following my stay with two year old boisterous great grandson it would be advisable for families with young children to be made aware upon booking that garden is ungated and side of bungalow leads to front parking area and straight onto extremely busy road. Also doors to bedrooms and living room are heavy fire doors and have internal locks posing a great risk of young children locking themselves in rooms.

Good location to meet up with extended family. Spacious, clean, beautifully furnished, modern and comfortable.

I wouldn’t describe it as beautiful. It needs a bit of cosmetic work carrying out, and there’s a strong smell of damp in the hallway to the living room.

When staying here he were greeted by freezing cold nights and foul smell of drains when you use the bathroom. If you plan on staying here make sure you bring lots of warm clothes because the heating will not be on. Also the property is very dated and when we left we were sent a message stating that we will be charge for a cleaning fee on an already dirty couch. This is clearly a way to scam money as when I contacted them about it there only response was the cleaner never noticed it last time so it must be you !

lovely property, very spacious and clean. big garden with football and goal posts to entertain the little ones and tennis. we had a very comfortable stay, hosts were very helpful and phoned immediately when we decided to extend our stay. we will definitely be booking again!

a big property we was staying down for work and needed 4 bedrooms and this was perfect for what we needed . very clean kitchen was a nice area big enough for everyone to sit around and eat . bedrooms are big drive way is massive fitted 4 work vans with no issue at all . would stay here again
