Very clean and cozy. The place has absolutely everything you can possibly need. Great location. There's a lot to do in the Holiday park and around. We really enjoyed our stay!

I cannot really fault it. If I had to be picky I might say that the bed was little hard for me and the bedroom fan could have been a little better (menopause means I am always overly hot!!). Other than that, everything was provided. The hosts left beautifully wrapped bottles of wine, orange squash, soap, shower gel, even deodorant sprays. If you like a bath sheet, you would have to bring your own but bath towels and hand towels were provided. The place smelt amazing in every room, as did all the towels and bedding. My only gripe, which had absolutely nothing to do with the hosts and out of their control was be with the people staying next door who took every opportunity to feed the seagulls, meaning they swarmed every couple of hours which was uncomfortable and meant I had to go inside. But those people left after a couple of days and then I barely saw any seagulls. Perhaps the Park itself needs to put up signs not to feed the seagulls.

The location is fabulous. A short walk across the road to a stretch of beach that went for miles and miles with very few people on it. More often than not it was empty! To the rear a most fantastic nature reserve again that runs for miles. Dungeoness, Camber Sands, Dymchurch and Hythe all within a 20-30 minute drive. It is just magical if you are looking for peace on a sandy (and stony in further up) with minimal tourists.

The only one thing that I we didn't like was we noticed as non smokers a very ovious smell that people had been smoking in the property. You did however have airfresheners dotted about which is good.

Was very well equipped and having the essentials was so helpful! Mike and Johns communication was spot on and very friendly. The holiday home was very clean and lovely presented. Location was perfect for us.

The only negative was not the property itself but ‘Storm Darragh’ which affected our stay for the first few days!

The property had nice decor, good facilities and a well prepared/laid dining table. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments, cooking oil, tea/coffee and cleaning items and the bathrooms had toiletries and deodorants. Care had been taken with its presentation. Also the TV had streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

The only slight negative which was out of the owners control was the broadband randomly dropped out during the daytime for phone or iPad use. During the evening it wasn’t a problem.

Essentially was like a home from home, the owners thoughtfully added home condiments, phone charging cables, Netflix and Amazon Prime accessibility, bathroom accessories and added touching throughout the property. The additional decking area with seating was a perfect setting for the early evening as the sun set.

Certainly no fault of the hosts!! But The resort itself offered very little in terms of entertainment outside of the caravan. The main pub was serving no food, with no working tvs. So we drove somewhere for dinner.

There was everything you needed within the caravan! Friendly hosts, and plenty information in advance of our day. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Had all we needed.

Great location, lovely comfortable caravan with everything you need. The club house and amenities, including playground, arcade and swimming pool were a hit with the kids as well as us. The little steam train railway and having a beach on the doorstep was such a bonus and meant we all had a brilliant time. Thank you Mike & John!

We liked how clean, tidy and homely it felt. We liked the location, there was lots of activities on sight plus lots to explore in the area. The kids loved the pool and the staff were all super friendly.
