I had no complaints whatsoever. Would probably return if I ever have to fly from Dyce.

I took the train to Dyce and Beeches was just a short walk from.the station. I missed seeing the joining instructions mail as I was on the go at the Tall Ships weekend. I was however able to phone and get the code for door entry, as well as instructions to find my room key and find my room - so helpful when I was tired and stressed.

Haven’t received money back from Booking.com/Beeches guest house I should have received last March for cancellation.

The room was on the small size but given the price not unexpected.

The ability to be independent, come and go as I please and cater for myself without having to eat in cafes, pubs or restaurants

Dealing with booking .com !!!! . No direct booking possible also booking .com did not send the code to get into property in time also. Had to ring property to get a code , bit confusing as 2 numbers on door dealing with different properties. If you arrive late This would be a major problem. Booking.com really poor in dealing with this sort of stuff. So beware Make sure you have an entry code for here before you go, as if your late I doubt you gain access.

Good location , wi fi not used, lots of cables boosters everywhere, rooms clean , breakfast plain basic continental, good value for money , not to far from airport if leaving on a flight .

Rooms not fully booked but same cars in the car park at all times so unable to park there but didn't need to ask whether to block in as there was space on the street outside property. On last morning couldn't see a hair dryer in room but didn't ask if there was one available to borrow. Both so minor not worth mentioning to property but might be worth checking in advance if this is important to you.

Responsive communication. Easy self check-in/out. Great location for train station, quiet area. Ensuite room with small fridge including a little freezer compartment. Great value during a peak period with large event in Aberdeen.

Could do with some things being updated and refreshed. Generally clean so you could bypass the renovations needed. Parking is limited, some free parking is available on side Street.

Host, Iain, is very attentive, easy to approach and kind. We had an issue on arrival. The following morning, I spoke to Iain and the issue was rectified immediately. The host was kind, cheerful and recommended places we could visit and things we could do. We did a last minute booking and looked for places with a private bathroom and parking. The communal kitchen is more than fully equipped with bru stuff, milk and bread all available. Plenty for a good start to your day. Place is fit for purpose and includes cereals, milk, spreads and a variety of jams in the breakfast room.

Great stop over for a night, wasn't too far a walk from the P&J centre (the fact it didn't rain helped 😂) Nice quiet & peaceful it suited our needs, good value for money, we would stay again 😊
