A wonderful place to stay with superb hosts in a fabulous village location. I loved everything about Belmont B&B. Hosts Anne and Tony were so welcoming and helpful, recommending places to visit and spectacular walks on the moors and serving up a delicious breakfast. I loved the focus on local produce and other locally made items. My room was perfect; I stayed in Long Coppice with a freestanding bath in the ensuite bathroom and everything was comfortable, beautifully clean and well equipped. The village itself was so pretty with a great local pub, The Buck Inn. The location made it easy to explore the area, with absolutely stunning drives to places like Whitby. The surrounding scenery really was breathtaking. I hope to go back to the B&B and explore more of the area again soon, as three nights wasn't enough to visit everywhere I wanted to see!

Amazing place to stay in North Yorkshire, really is a home away from home. Anthony and Ann were very welcoming, thinking through every little detail. Immaculate room and delicious breakfast!

The only small issue was the room was very hot the first night, expecting the heating to go off at night time but we were able to turn down the heating on the next night so not a huge problem!

Lovely couple who run the b and b, friendly and really helpful. Very good breakfast, plenty of choice and plenty of food. The location has a nice country pub with good food.

Everything. It is a very clean and tidy B&B throughout. Tony and Anne are fantastic hosts and very friendly. The bedroom was lovely and warm when I arrived and the bed was very comfortable. Location was great as it’s only a few minutes from Pickering. Toiletries are provided and they are very nice as well. There is a good choice of breakfast including fresh fruit and everything I tried was very tasty. I would definitely stay at the Belmont again.

Cleanliness, warm welcome, interior, attention to detail. Anne and Tony have thought about every little detail, you couldn't have wanted or needed anything more. Breakfast was perfect, lovely cooked food to cater for your specific needs, good variety and set up and always greeted with a smile. Room was nice, big bed, tv lamps and little extras like flannels, shampoo and hand-wash were made locally. Village had a pub literally around the corner that served lovely food , we booked to avoid disappointment. All in all we had a lovely stay and would return in a heartbeat

My stay was exceptional. The decor was inviting and beautifully decorated and furnished, the public spaces were well maintained, beautifully clean, well planned areas for relaxation and breakfast. The bedroom had everything I needed. It was beautifully decorated and furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable! Lovely touches such as handmade biscuits and eco considerations made it a very special stay. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! The owners were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom had an en-suite which was very modern space, a powerful shower and the most fluffy towels! I can recommend this establishment as the best I have stayed in for this area to visit my family. I look forward to visiting again!
