The bins downstairs got smelly as the days went on as they were at the bottom of the stairs. I did speak to Mr Koya, and he said he would speak to the company who deals with them. He is extremely helpful and will sort out any problems as quickly as he can.

The apartment was good size. Clean and in a great location for Cardiff Centre and Castle. Easy to get to places. Parking is good. Mr Koya popped in with extra toilet rolls and checked we were ok. The service was very good.

The bathroom had a very musky smell... You do have to pay a saftey deposit before your visit which isn't common for booking.com

Images make it look like it's been recently renovated but it's a bit tired. Some stains on walls, wood effect on walls is actually wall paper, pictures crooked and tired. These are very picky points though, the apartment was absolutely fine for what we needed for a weekend visiting Cardiff.

Great base to visit Cardiff for the weekend. Next to student accomodation and down the road from pubs. Walking distance to city centre.

It was not clean. We had a thick layer of dust under the bed in the main bedroom. Some of the furniture and the fridge were dirty.

The place has everything you need. It's nice that it has 2 bathrooms. All beds are comfortable with enough pillows

We couldn’t find any hairdryer. Kitchen was very small even for just 4 people.

Very well decorated flat with a modern look. Adequate cooking facilities but could have done with a bit more pans and ustensiles.

I would suggest hooks in the bathrooms for toiletries bags, and clothes storage space to be able to “hang” clothing in all bedrooms. And perhaps instructions for the TV and the coffee machine?

It’s in excellent condition and is looked after. It is also secure with use of codes etc to enter. Close to shops. Excellent value for a property in a city and near enough to the city centre to walk to. Lots of nice touches, lighting, fantastic beds, crisp clean linen, blackout blinds, plenty of sockets, nicely decorated.

Just a few things need to be mentioned,we couldn't never get hotwater from the shower in the main bathroom; The rooms can be warm in this times of year,so just one small table fan is Definitely not enough ; Also,there is cobwebs in the one of window sill,under beds need to a good vacuuming. It would be good to have some binbags left in the kitchen.

The apartment is quite modern,have everything we need there.There is Pincode to get into the main building entrance,also a different pincode to get into the apartment,the carpark is spacious ,high iron gates ,with pincode to get access to it. Feel quite safe and secure here. The apartment is closed to city centre as promised.

Access to the apartment - the bins were stored in the entrance area or what could be called the lobby area inside the building. Noisy - Building work across the street from the apartment and the fact that we were right off a very busy street, meant that there was a lot of noise in the night. I did not get free parking and had to pay for 2 days parking - Your ad specifies free parking and is one of your unique selling points, but the card that I needed to display on my dashboard to allow me free parking was not on the dining table as advised. I tried calling the number in your check in information email but was told that it was out of hours and so no one was available. I then tried the mobile number that was listed in your check in information email and left a message regarding my parking dilemma but did not get a call back. In the end we paid for 2 days of parking. I received an email to say that a refund would be looked into but since then, you don't seem to be replying to my emails and chasers and I am yet to be refunded for my parking! Rude! Very disappointing! Misleading the public!

Right off a very busy street that was full of restaurants and shops. Location was good, as far as exploring Cardiff was concerned. The two toilets were a bonus. Beds were comfy. Apartment was clean.

The hot plates were broken, we didn't get enough towels (they did fix that a day or so after we complained), we were given the wrong Wifi code (they did fix this the day after), we were not given enough toilet paper and no tissues as back up, the carpet in the stairwell was very smelly (they did come and fix that while we were staying), there was rubbish everywhere as you step out the front door of the building. So it is hard to judge as they did fix things (apart from the hot plate) but it shouldn't have been a issue in the first place.

Good location, close to many shops and restaurants. Nicely decorated apartment, comfy bed. Has everything you need. Rooms are en-suite. It is just as it was advertised. I will definitely come again
