No basic necessities such as shower gel, hand wash. Pretty plain. Internet was a big let down as it was stated we were given high speed internet but that was one of the slowest internet we used. It was like 2G to 3G. Eventually had to use our mobile data. One of the bed sheets were dirty. I was hoping for better from this hotel.

Very presentable reception area and the room is very tidy and clean. Spacious for my family to stay. Comfortable to sleep and rest. Two tvs that can be used for gaming or watch channels.

Stayed here a number of times, this time we were in room 5. This room was lovely and spacious but lack of privacy via windows, privacy screen added to the window might be an idea. This mainly applies to the lower rooms that we have used on ground level but could be of use upstairs. Also bedside lamps are missing, no drawers or storage for underwear/t shirts etc. No bath/shower mat Hotel lobby - hoover and cleaners equipment left in hall way and also smelt quite foisty

Well, the internet is Really POOR; there’s no service (I even connected to the Wifi) so the stay was pretty much boring.

Despite a banner saying that food was available, the restaurant was closed.. Room was fairly basic, which would maybe suit contractors for one night. No hot water in our room in the morning, though we were allowed to use another room to shower in.

Hotel is ideally situated close to motorways , and easy to find , with ample parking.

Room was not as clean as it could have been and some damage to shower cubicle and quick fixes to cracked paintwork just looked covered up. Mattresses were really hard and uncomfortable.

Easy to get to lovely presented in the main areas and family room was very large. Food served at the reception was lovely.

So much noise in the night, slamming doors, people talking loudly in the corridors. Bathroom was a bit rough: no soap, mouldy walls. Bed had a very tired mattress

We were in room 9, and from 03:30 till around 06:00 there was the terrific sound of running taps. It went on for too long for it to be another guest, so I guess it was the staff, maybe preparing for breakfast. Regardless it kept me awake for the hours it was happening.

The price was great, the room was clean, the bath and shower were fine, the hot water was nice and hot.

The bathroom was pretty dirty. One bed had what looked like dried crushed mud in it and we found a credit card that was from a man who had been in the room thr night before. Was the room cleaned properly before we got there? It was under the sofa by the window in the room. The bathroom sink was broken colour stained and the bath wasn't much better

I didn't like the heating since the room was cold and shower too was cold — poor heating!!!

Hotel needs a lot of refurbishment. It is looking very tired.

Excellent staff who were very helpful when I needed to contact the RAC. Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bath. WFI seemed a bit more reliable than on previous visits.
