The tv was a nightmare. We had 4 engineers out but they could get nothing but I player. In saying that Amanda(Manor Cottages) was absolutely fantastic and really tried to help with it. She gave our dog a gift and we got 10% refund. Cannot fault the help we got.

Quite hard to find depending on which way you come from. Instructions did say there was no sign for Bobble Court but there was one on the wall.

Parking is a little tricky, we had to park outside Bobble Court one night as there were too many cars and moved another time so someone could access their car! Shower pressure also very weak but only minor details to an overall great stay

Cottage needs a little freshen up. Heating instructions were not where stated and couldn't be found. Electric fire was easy enough to work out so it wasn't too much of a problem. Other than these very minor points we loved staying there and would happily stay there again.

Lovely little cottage in a beautiful, small, quiet village. Close proximity to many of the favourite Cotswold villages and towns.

Could have used more hangers in the bedroom. If non stick pans are provided, then kitchen utensils need to be silicone or similar - frying pan scratched. A rug in the lounge would have completed the comfort rating.,

Location outstanding and cottage very comfortable. Perfect for couples and the bonus of being able to take our little dogs. Parking was only a problem on the first night, we had to use the village hall, afterwards we were able to use the dedicated spot outside the cottage. We hope to return in the near future

Nice cottage in a small village, excellent starting point for Cotswolds excursions. Quiet surrounding, kitchen has everything one needs and everything is clean and well maintained.

The shower was very slow , could do with a bit of modernising. Also beware that this property is only suitable for people with a very small car, as there is a resident here who is an unpaid car park attendant!!!!!

As other reviews have said the parking is less than ideal. When we turned up there was a car parked in the allocated space so we had to park in a different space, when they did get back and we asked them to move they weren't happy even though it was the space allocated to the cottage. When we were in the space it is very tight, bigger cars wouldn't be able to fit. I can also see things in previous reviews that haven't been addressed - the shower door is loose so has to be picked up and shifted rather than side. The sofa isn't very comfortable, and there is no gate on the front to create an enclosed space for the dog so had to be taken out on a lead every time. These feel like easy fixes that would make the space a lot more comfortable and the experience a lot better!

Great location in walking distance to bourton on the water. The cottage is very cute and cosy, we stayed for 3 nights which was fine but don't think it would be suitable for people looking to stay for a week.

Unfortunately, the shower door was off it's hinges and so a bit awkward to use. As the rest of the place was so spotless, I would say the host was unaware so I left them a note.

Location was perfect for a less that 5 minute drive into Bourton on the Water. 20 minutes to Diddly Squat and 15 minutes to the Cotswold Wildlife Park. Also, lovely walks with the dog. Hosts left us milk and cookies which was a nice thought.

Sofa extremely uncomfortable, very hard. Unable to locate instructions for the heater. Stated they were in the wardrobe but they weren't. Why not just keep in the welcome file? The welcome file was just laid next to the sofa, I only saw it because I picked up a book on The Cotswolds. The file said we had to strip all bedding and dispose of rubbish etc. I had no prior knowledge of this so if I hadn't gone to pick up that book and found the file, would I have been charged the £50 housekeeping bond? I've never stayed anywhere where I have to remove my own rubbish! Cottage was very cold and unable to heat. No throws to keep warm so had to go to bed very early just to be comfortable. The shower head is very old and the rubber bits are all discoloured and not clean. Very poor pressure in the shower too. Unable to get the oven to work. The bed was very comfortable and warm. Very quiet area. Cottage was very clean.

Beautiful cottage set in peaceful surroundings. Milk, tea and coffee provided. Good choice of plates, mugs, french press etc.

the electric shower was disappointing and the parking was tricky we had to park elsewhere as a neighbour couldn’t get into their car. a Also the cooker wasn’t working but after YouTubing it all was well.

Very, very small. Dirty floor/table downstairs and shower upstairs. It was a warm time of year, but impossible to sleep upstairs as it was stifling! The shower room upstairs was massive… the bedroom tiny. We only stayed 3 nights of our booked 7 as it was just too uncomfortable. Also BEWARE… although we never used the kitchen the owner has now claimed damage! We look after everything as if it were our own and leave it that way. Disgusted is the only word I can find to describe this whole experience!

Stairs did not have a handrail and had a 180degree turn, for 2 people in their late 70's they were insurmountable. None of this was mentioned in the details for the property. For someone disabled they would not have been able to use the bedroom or toilet. Property deliberately misrepresented in my opinion. Heating not working. Although info file said there were instructions none could be found.

The location was fantastic! Not far from all the main sights of the Cotswolds but out of the hustle and bustle. The cottage was very cute with everything you could need.

This isn’t a criticism however There was tea..coffee..sugar but a pint of milk would have been great. We had to go and find a supermarket to have a cup of tea after travelling for hours ..
