Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe had a superb time here as a birthday surprise. The actual inside of the plane is so cool and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The team behind it have obviously given a lot of thought on how to make it the best possible experience and I felt like it was the perfect surprise for my partner. My partner actually left her necklace in one of the robes which the staff kindly found and sent to us too.

United KingdomUnique experience for plane geeks. The Boeing 727 has been restored to a luxurious level. It was a real treat to spend the night in the ambiance of a first class flight experience. Highlights: -cockpit fun - hot tub and sauna - airline music on tv and music system - lights are a puzzle (watch the video for the answers) - easy access to Bristol - room for 4 people Would definitely recommend. Host easily contactable when needed

United KingdomHaving to disembark on Sunday morning. Fwd crew quarters were very comfy even though a bit tight for 2 (think only meant for 1 person tbh)
The plane was NUTS! We stayed for a birthday celebration and had read many other reviews on line. You must remember when booking this - that the craft is mostly original from the time that it was turned into a private jet. It has lots of new "tech" - but the cockpit, window blinds, storage areas etc are still as they were back then. Don't expect a 5 star hotel! However the bedding / the soft furnishings / the plates / glasses and all of the galley equipment is top notch. We had the BEST time onboard! With the addition of both a hot tub and a sauna room, I can honestly say this is one of the BEST places we have ever stayed. We had turbulence at 37,000 feet - but the Captain managed to take a better flight path. About an hour into the journey, we had a hostage situation whereby we diverted to Manila. Manila was quite boring - so we got in the hot-tub and had a smooth flight all the way back to Brizzle! ;) Johnny - I have never met you, but would like to firmly shake your hand. What an experience - Thank You!!

United KingdomI was a little disappointed for paying nearly £600 for 1 night that there were parts of the plane that were scruffy, especially between the kitchen and cockpit. There were quite a few wet patches throughout the plane and it was absolutely freezing, I ended up sleeping in the dressing gowns provided as the heaters just weren't enough. The kids loved the experience but were kept awake in the night by the warehouse hosting an event which went on till 3am and my kids finally settled for 4.30am. Luckily the owner let us check out later the next day. The surrounding area could also be a little more pleasing to the eye as it's just in a builders yard. I don't think I'd come back to stay.

United KingdomThink it could have been slightly cleaner on arrival. There was soaking wet men’s swim shorts hanging over the heater as you walked in, dripping on the carpet. Had someone just been here before us and used it?! people’s toothbrushes and toothpaste in bathroom and shower. The property didn’t have any heating on beforehand so when we arrived it was colder inside than outside, first few hours we all sat in coats. In pre video says help yourself to drinks bottles and specifically try DB.Cooper - but most were empty bottles on arrival so couldn’t try that, had it not been replenished between uses. Shame only two bathrobes and not four as four guests usually recovered in this property.
Unusual and different place to stay. Nice to see original parts and cockpit still as it was. Hot tub and sauna both nice.

United KingdomFor the price tag you expect luxury, instead it was looking pretty tired in a number of places with bits hanging off walls and furniture, dozens of dead flies in the windows, and despite having all heaters and radiators on, the place was freezing cold... so cold I had my big coat and woolly hat on the whole say to make it bearable - it really needs better heating as the place never heated up and was akin to sleeping in a tent during winter, cold air leaked through just about everywhere - this is a huge contributor to my rating as it negatively affected my entire stay. I really feel like I was robbed of about £250, it should be half the price to lower people's expectations, the place has huge potential but it's just not up to the standards you expect from the price.
Very unique place, impressive staircase into the plane and at first glance looked lovely inside, slept well and was undisturbed at night, site more secure than expected, host was helpful in answering my call on arrival as I couldn't figure out what do to. Had nice hot shower in the morning and kitchen facilities were good, plenty of seating on board too.

United KingdomThe shower didn’t have any hot water despite setting all the switches correctly, which was a huge disappointment. We tried contacting the hosts through Booking.com chat and later via email but never received a reply. Besides, the property is marketed as luxury, but in reality it’s far from it. There were dead flies in the windows, food in the kitchen that had expired years ago, no microwave, and even a hair dryer that you need to find in the minibar, among other issues.
Overall, staying in a plane was a one-of-a-kind experience! The cockpit was a real highlight, we spent hours there having fun, and entering via the airstairs felt straight out of a movie. The sauna and hot tub were nice additions to the stay.
