The shower was so powerful when you shower and everything get wet and the shower wasn’t good

Staff at check in was a bit rude. Wanted all our childrens passports as ID. Once they clarified with manager they apologised and checked us in. After this staff was fine and helpful

The hotel in general including our room was very warm! There was a fan in the room which helped slightly but could definitely do with air conditioning throughout as we felt very sweaty/ clammy during our 2 night stay especially during breakfast

all was good this is budget hotel and I got a lot more fun than in other cheap hotels.

Super friendly staff especially Wikoria charismatic and helpful. breakfast was nice and room was large, patio with beer garden and live entertainment every evening.

The room had pealing wall paper and the shower had poor pressure. We were in a family room which must have been directly above the bar which had music on very loud till half 11 on a Tuesday night, so not ideal for kids getting to sleep.

The staff were great, the location great. The breakfast was cheap for what it was. We were able to park there for free which was a bonus considering how close it was to the main town/ beach etc.

Room 306 was really small for a couple. My relatives were not able to take a bath comfortably and the room was not tidy.

Mattress had a hole in it. Room decor was old and dated. Cleaner let himself into our room at 7.30 am without even knocking on door. Full English was brought out whilst still eating my cereal so was cold to eat. Not advised it’s an over 60’s coach holiday hotel.

Evening entertainment good. Bar staff friendly. Good location if you have a car. Parking available.

The hotel decor looked tired, it smelled damp, there was no wifi, and there was water from showering on the bathroom floor.

The staff were nice and did not have a problem giving you your car key left at the reception throughout the day. The room was spacious for a family of four. The breakfast was good.

It would have been a nice addition to have hand soap in the basin of our room.

We enjoyed the facilities of the hotel and sadly missed out on the bar and coffee shop but would like to return to do them. The breakfast and comfort of the room was excellent.

We booked a family room for 4 people, and the experience was very disappointing. When we checked in, we immediately noticed that the toilet had been used, toilet tissue left behind, and pee not flushed – extremely unhygienic. The bathroom floor was dirty and clearly not mopped or cleaned properly. There were only 3 cups/glasses provided for 4 guests, and the "glasses" were flimsy one-time-use plastic ones wrapped in plastic – we still can’t understand why. The toilet flush had very poor water pressure and barely worked, and the shower area drained so slowly that we had to stop and wait for the water to go down before continuing our shower. On our last day we used the public toilet (as it was super better); though we informed the receptionists, but nothing sorted!!! Amenities were almost nonexistent – apart from tea bags, there was nothing provided (no shampoo, no hair dryer, etc.).

The only positive point was the friendly and helpful night staff (a lady at reception), who was lovely and professional. Unfortunately, everything else about the stay was below basic standards and very disappointing.
