The location was perfect, close to the high street with lots of cafes pubs and restaurants. The cottage is cosy and clean and has everything you need. The manual was so helpful! The host was great and attentive. We can’t wait to stay again!

There is nothing about this property I could say I didn't like.

From stepping through the front door to the top bedroom the entire place was immaculate, so clean and tastefully appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The courtyard with the viaduct view was lovely. Location perfect for Yarm High street. Everything you could need was considered and provided.

The cottage is beautifully decorated and very homely. Has absolutely everything you need and some things you just want, like a bath! Perfectly located too, just round the corner from the vibrant high street.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

A lovely cottage that was light and airy, with wonderful touches of design. It had a loft room with two single beds, great lighting, radiator and storage. The first floor had a double bedroom with storage as well as the main bathroom with over bath shower, all well designed. The ground floor had a kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob as well as all the crockery you’d need, a lounge with seating for four and a dining table for four. There was also a paved outdoor area.

Location was perfect . On street parking, though limited, was plenty of time to load and unload. Well equipped cottage clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Beautiful cottage just off the high street so local to everything. So cosy bed was super comfortable but so used to a king size at home. It had everything you needed and more

We had 2 small dogs, the sitting room was carpeted and was a challenge to keep clean.

This would no affect a younger family. My husband found the stairs tricky. He also found the couch too low. Something to think about if you are a bit older.We are in our 70's.

The location was excellent . It was just around the corner from the high street. We were able to park outside to unload and then we we went to a car park around the corner.

Not a negative but the stairs are steep as you'd expect in an old cottage so maybe wouldn't suit someone with mobility issues.

A gorgeous little cottage right in the centre of Yarm near to all the bars and restaurants. I really appreciated how thoughtfully and tastefully the cottage was done. It felt very homely. Smart TV and really comfortable beds. Neil was a great host and check in was very easy. Really didn't want to leave.
