The staff who checked on the accommodation was quite helpful. I was one of the cheapest options in Bristol

It was more expensive than when I stayed 2 years ago. Both were early booking.

The Location is very convenient to City Centre, Universities, Mall. The food stores and Restaurants are located nearby. There is a big walking trail/park nearby.

The tenants had not cleaned the Kitchenware. The weekly Towels change for the long term stay is recommended

Warm clean and comfortable. Decent shower. Great value option for a single person. The shared kitchen was kept clean by everyone and had everything you needed. Fridge and cupboard space is allocated to your room number and you get your own set of cutlery, plates, glasses etc. Great location. Loads of takeaway food options and mini Tesco's nearby. Easy to park outside.

Advertised as ensuite but it is not. Email with the code arrived late. Suitcase of clean clothes needed to washed after departing because of the smell in property

Location, safe place and easy transportation

The bathroom is outside the room which was a way disappointing and inconvenient as well. The bed mattress conditions were tribble.

Location was fine, Kitchen was well organised and clean. Would definitely recommend it. Also I thought I may have left something behind when I left - I asked about this, and was later contacted to say the cleaner confirmed there was nothing left, so I was impressed my query was properly dealt with. (I had in fact later dropped the item at a train station).

Small point. My room had blinds which didn't completely keep out sunlight when closed. So, staying in mid-June with excellent sunny weather, I was woken-up very early in the morning by the sunlight. As it happens, I wanted to wake early anyway, but this could be a problem for others.

Cleanliness and friendly housemates

It's quite a small room Nobody's fault but a dog mess on front lawn so could use keeping front gate firmly shut!

I liked that everything in the kitchen was provided to us, even detergent! There were also foldable racks to put your laundry on, and tons of space despite the fact that this place has 8 rooms. While, of course, it is difficult to comment about the roommates aspect since they'll always be changing, the rules in the house are clear as to who has what space and what belongs to who, and everyone has their own cutlery and crockery, and also some common ones to share on top of that.

It was a bit strange that one of the ovens, when opened, could short-circuit the whole house, but I'd imagine that that problem is solved now. It wasn't much of an issue anyway because there were 2 ovens, and we were able to contact the owner immediately to get it solved for us (he lives nearby).

The facilities in the house and the room were very good. The room itself was large and comfortable. The shared facilities were very good and the fridge / cupboard space welcome. It meant that being self-sufficient and independent was straightforward. Desk space in the room was generous. Messages were responded to promptly during my stay and the host was extremely helpful when I need assistance carrying my luggage out.

I understood that there was off road parking though this may have been my error. Parking near the house was difficult a couple of times and important for me as I was taking in and out music equipment and also was experiencing back problems during my time there. Similarly the narrow and twisted staircase made access difficult for me and carrying heavy cases and bags near impossible. (The host was very helpful in this respect, see above).
