Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Dont rate the breakfast
My work business is based so i frequently stay at bromsgrove and the holiday in is my go to. Rooms a nice clean lobby is good always had the sports on pool gym is fine beds a fine.

The room was not as comfortable as expected could have done with two chairs as bed was too high to sit on. Was a bit alarmed to receive a £100 parking fine on return from our holiday, three letters received but shorted very quickly by reception when we called.
Bed was comfortable and bedding nice, didn’t have breakfast. Had dinner at the bar which was very nice, staff around the bar area were more friendly than the reception staff, although reception dealt with the parking fine we received very promptly and was very apologetic

The overall location of this hotel is weird. It is much too far from the motorway junction to be convenient.

Unfortunately, despite booking being confirmed by Booking.com the hotel did not have my reservation on arrival. Booking.com are not answering my messages to explain why this happened. The staff on site were FANTASTIC in remedying the issue...BOOKING.COM - PLEASE CONTACT ME!!

We had a superior room but the coffee machine wouldn’t work, we had to use the kettle and instant coffee, and it was extremely hot. A fan was provided but didn’t really cool the room.
We did not have breakfast as the kitchen was not open early on Sundays, and we had to leave at 7.30am. However the food in the evening was good and varied. The pool was lovely. The room was comfortable.

First staff member we dealt with was awful. Unbelievably rude and so unprofessional. Short woman with short dark hair.

Changing rooms seemed a bit grubby and pool a bit dated but apart from that good hotel.

The air conditioning wasnt working and the windows were broken (so we could only open one window), but we did get a fan to use.
The staff, facilities, room and breakfast were all great! This hotel is definitely doing something right with the staff - they were all really nice, friendly and helpful.

We used the pool for a short while, but the whole space could do with modernising as it looks a bit run down and grubby. (This would be hard as it is a selling point for the hotel) The jacuzzi wasn't in use.
The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. He had a calm and attentive manner and gave clear instructions. All restaurant staff were friendly and polite, and food was great value and came out quickly. Breakfast was well presented and had lots of choice, and the morning team was also very friendly and welcoming. Our bedroom was spacious and clean and had everything we needed, including a fridge with water and chocolate and a well stocked choice for hot drinks with biscuits and crisps. The hotel was well presented and clean, and the staff outside doing maintenance were also friendly. There was lots of space and places to sit.

Road a bit noisy and rooms are looking tired. Windows are in poor condition. Shower is not powerful. Sink not draining away. Reported this.
The bar area is lovely. Has a swimming pool. Able to walk the dog on the grass in the carpark area. Free huge carpark . Nice staff. Great value as a last minute booking. Comfortable bed. Clean and the room was comfortable.

There were a few things broken in our room and round hotel just little things like door handles toilet roll holders shower nobs etc our bathroom door had gaffer tape hiding a large crack in the door None of these things effected ua badly but if we had payed more we would probably have been a hut more annoyed. The pool area was a jit run down looking and the jacuzzi wasn't working.
The staff were all lovely and very helpful the breakfast was lovely loys of choice, it was clean l, the selection of drinks and snacks available in the room was great
