We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Spacious. Comfortable beds with exceptional linen. Location and views were fabulous. Great to have 2 lounges with TV.

Lovely well equipped house with fantastic views. Close to the village and some great country walks. The house is spacious but warm and the log burner added a nice cosy touch.

Well appointed, lots of room for 6 adults. Kitchen had everything we needed. Walking distance into Haworth. Location nice and quiet.

AustraliaDisappointed, there was no laundry. Would have liked to have had a washing machine to do some laundry which was much needed for a large family when staying for any length of days as we did and trekking about. This made it a bit inconvenient.
Very comfortable and roomy. Very convenient location. Easy to get to. Lovely views. Perfect for a family or extended family.

United KingdomPoor maintenance. Shower in en-suite didn’t drain properly. Plug closure didn’t work on sink. Mould on ceiling and in shower. Garden very unkempt. Lots of pots of dead plants. Information displayed about bin collection was more than twelve months out of date. Steps to garden felt rather rickety. Mattress in en-suite room was uncomfortable. Not enough crockery especially beakers. Had to keep taking things out of the dishwasher. Cordless hoover was useless. Needs oven gloves and more than one tea towel.
Very clean pleasantly furnished. Games room much enjoyed. Fantastic view
