Beds weren’t amazingly comfortable but husband has a bad back. Apartment very clean but still underlying smell of smoke.

The entrance to the flat vis the common are was scruffy and needed tidied up. It would have been nice to have some toiletries in the bathroom.

The entrance way is a bit untidy and off putting which is a shame because once you get inside it’s very nice. The coffee maker is a pod thingy but the local shop doesn’t stock them so go prepared if you like an early caffeine shot.

The flat is really cosy and comfortable. Plenty of space for four of us. Kitchen has all the basics. The flat has nice views over the river and the town and it’s very well located, lots of good eating and coffee places close by.

Could do with painting stairway up to apartment, not so appealing. Would also benefit from an outdoor area.

The bathroom / toilet needs a little updating, which we understand will be done shortly. This is far outweighed by all of the positives and once done would make this an eleven out of ten!!

Fabulous, good sized apartment. Very comfortable. Beautifully presented and maintained. Incredible views over the Tay. All local facilities right on the doorstep.

No entry code was communicated before we arrived, not ideal in the pouring rain. The communal stairs were covered in broken glass upon arrival, which gave a poor first impression, but not necessarily the fault of the owner. The biggest downside was the inescapable cigarette smoke smell throughout the communal stairs and most of the flat. It meant we didn't want to spend time inside sadly. We called the owner who was responsive and said they'd talk to a neighbour likely responsible, however the smell didn't go away and really detracted from our stay. The heavily stained rug in the living room and the cheap heavily-scratched pans were a reminder of uni days, but could be easily improved.

As others have mentioned, location is top rate. Short walks to all you can need and perfect spot for families. The flat was clean and the toys, books and kitchen things for kids (kids plates/bowls/cutlery) we're great. Shower was good and bathroom spotless.

Entrance, steps very dirty & passed rubbish dumped on way in! General condition of flat was very tired and didn’t feel clean, cobwebs, filthy oven & dirty dishes! Dead plants, stains on carpets. Also lounge wasn’t big enough for dining table and seating! No mirrors in bedrooms!

More towels would have been a bonus. The stairs are a bit steep but manageable, definitely worth noting if bringing a pram/pushchair.

Location was excellent. Very spacious. Comfortable, clean beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Selection of kids toys, games and movies provided.

there’s really nothing negative however anyone with mobility issues may struggle with the stairs.

the property is lovely! so very well equipped with everything you might need and more. some very thoughtful things included and a lovely bottle of bubbles to welcome us which was much appreciated! the property has lovely views from all rooms either over the town or the water. the rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable.
