Nick and Lynda were exceptional hosts, going out of their way to arrange a lovely dinner for us at a local pub and providing eggs milk etc for breakfast. The flat was warm, comfortable, and truly felt like a home. Its location was perfect for exploring both Bath and the Cotswolds, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It's one of the cleanest places I've ever been to. The whole apartment is in immaculate condition, and it is spacious enough for five people. The hosts are very attentive and communication with them is quick and easy - it was nice having some food ready on our arrival. The apartment is located in a charming village, which looked even more stunning thanks to the warm and sunny weather we had during our stay. It has a big and well equipped playground five minutes away, which comes in handy if you come with children.

It was clean, all instructions present and overall good. It was not.far away from the nearby valley. Milk, bread, jam, ice cubes etc were all available along with other white goods. WiFi with TV was another blessing in the cold weather

Beautiful spacious well equipped accommodation. Hosts communication was excellent. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Quiet area. Milk and bread etc left for arrival which came in handy and had the eggs left for breakfast. Stayed the one night, 4 of us, loads of room and a great stop over whilst exploring the Cotswolds area. Tesco and Chinese 5 minutes drive away which was dead handy.

Unfortunately the thermostat was locked therefore we couldn't control the heating and as it was a December evening with a storm outside it was very cold. My 7 year old had to sleep with two duvets snd a blanket.

Modern and extermly clean. The breakfast bit were a nice touch.

The 10am check out on Sunday was a little early. 11am would have been perfect.

Brynor House was a lovely apartment, we took my parents and 2 older teenage boys and it was very spacious. We wasn't on top of each other at all. Having the sofabed to the side of the lounge in its own little area made it another bedroom so plenty of room. The location is amazing, it is one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. We walked down and found the Lavender Bakehouse which was great and we had some delicious goodies. We went to The Lamb Inn pub a couple of times and played darts and the view from there is wonderful. We did have a slight issue but within minutes of messaging Nick and Lynda they were there and we couldn't fault them, such lovely people. Overall loved it and wished we had more time to explore the beautiful village.

As it's an apartment, there was some disturbance from the apartment upstairs- TV, feet. A light sleeper would be disturbed. Be aware of 3 quite steep steps at the entrance which could prove tricky if you have any mobility issues. My 81 year old mum found them tricky.

Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Exactly what was needed for a two night stay. Welcome pack was gratefully received.
