Furnishings and bedding were immaculate but walls, skirting boards etc had a lot of cobwebs. We'd to wash all the glasses and crockery on arrival which wasn't a huge issue as there's a dishwasher but a quick check by the cleaner would have eliminated the need for this.
Great location and a good sized lodge. Morning coffee on the balcony enjoying the marina views is a perfect start to your day. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. The host was welcoming and helpful, providing suggestions of places to visit and some fabulous beaches we'd have missed without his recommendations. The gardens are also beautiful

The property was superb, and the host, delightful. Perfectly located to use as a base for exploring Snowdonia and North Wales. It has everything you need including stunning gardens to wander around.

Fantastic views and beautiful garden. Accommodation very comfortable and well presented. Beds were very comfortable. Good location near to all amenities.
