Found some hairs (possibly dog) in a few draws but other than that very clean and fresh. Not much kitchen/food storage, being a family of 5 I could have done with a cupboard to store crisps etc.. but lots of decent sized kitchen ware.

Excellent view and location, site was clean and kept nicely we didn't feel over looked by others. Ample space in cabin for the kids to play (cabin provided) games and us to still relax in the porch bit.

Lovely log cabin in Wales. Great value for money. The kitchen had all the utensils you need, there’s a kettle, toaster and a mini fridge. There are three bedrooms. Two with bunk beds and one master bedroom. The living room has enough seating for everyone (I went with 4 adults and 1 baby). Our rooms and bathroom were clean and there is a small shop on site to buy essentials. Overall lovely stay and would stay again, thank you!

Checking in and out , too late and too early . Don't get me wrong place was great and would book again . However 1600 check in And 1000AM check out For me it should of been 1400hrs chk in And 1200hrs check out This would of been better for the time we had and cost. Small niggle but maybe something that could be looked at. Apart from that I would recommend and would book again , place was very good.

Nicely situated, very quiet, comfortable , easy to check in and out. Pets allowed. Facilities everything you need clean tidy, very good. Would recommend and book here again most definitely

The furniture is very dated and not so comfortable, shower doesn’t have a lot of pressure .

The location was awesome , cabin plenty big enough for six .

My eldest son didn't fit in the bunk bed, he was to tall.

I liked everything the cabin was lovely. Facilities fantastic. Location beautiful.

The front door was faulty very difficult to close. No outdoor lighting on decking. Tv kept going off but probably no signal with being in mountains.

The cabin was in a beautiful setting,nice and spacious. Clean and tidy

No toilet paper provided. Tried to message using the portal provided but no response. Had to use kitchen roll on arrival and then pitches some the next day. Also the front door doesn’t close easily as it has become misaligned. This means you need to lift he door and then push hard to close the door.

Property needed some attention Issue with WiFi , kettle broken , bulbs missing from lights , dusty and unclean areas around beds , mats that ruck up all over , seating uncomfortable, areas cluttered , no worktop space in kitchen and nowhere to get any ( ie table ) , broken gate on porch and poorly maintained porch area .

The mattresses were very thin and uncomfortable. The kitchen wasn't very clean. Food from previous visitors found in cupboards dated 2020, we stayed there April 2023. Inside of kitchen cupboards were dirty and had traces of crumbs and food. The cooker didn't have a grill pan .

The location was ideal for the places we wanted to visit in the area.

It was dirty, very dusty and mould on the ceilings, and behind draws in all bedrooms also the bathroom and windows sills. It hadn’t been cleaned in a long time mould like that doesn’t appear over a short period of time. The kitchen had toast crumbs on the worktop and I the toaster lots of cobwebs everywhere. I told informed the customer service when I discovered the mould and dust they promised to refund the cleaning money as I had had to clean the place but I’ve never received it they did send someone out to look at the mould some effort was made to clean it but it’s so deep into the wood it was still visible.
