The EV chargers didn’t work. I had messaged the accommodation in advance to check availability of the EV chargers and this was one of my reasons for choosing the specific accommodation. The area has very few EV chargers. However, on my arrival I discovered the EV charging points had not been operational for some time and are due to be upgraded. I wish this had been explained ahead of my arrival when I made initial enquiries about the chargers.

Wasn’t really explained that when booking for a group of 5 lads that one of us had to share bunk beds, also the toilet is just a disabled wet room

It was clean and simple and a really really nice view to wake up to if you have the window bunk

Table in the family room could have been a little bigger and there could have been some kind of shelve high enough so kids wouldn't be able to reach (for wallets, key etc).

It is really nice situated if you came there for hiking and was looking to avoid crowds.

Bunk bed mattress were slightly uncomfortable and it would be nice if there was atleast one couch in the room to sit on- although room were small though so not sure if couch can fit.. we booked the room with Mountain View but view from room 1 was blocked .. you have to stab in front of the toilet door to see the view so little disappointed with that but when you are out - you have 180 degrees of view

The bunk beds were a bit firm for me and pillows weren’t very comfortable The communication was nonexistent I’m afraid. Not sure what happened but the website says they can provide breakfast packs and food for lunch. We were backpacking so this would have been really useful. I emailed a fortnight before, then again a week before, to ask about these but didn’t get a reply. We had to make sure we arrived before 5 to get something from the shop instead

Blocked shower drain, disabled shower seat didn't have lock so we couldn't stand in shower as the seat was in the way. Mattress gave me a back pain but I guess is just my condition as other family members didn't complain. No chopping board in kitchen to cut the bread or other things.

Quietness, cleanliness. Really peaceful location up in the mountains. No problems with checking in or out. Keys left in safe. Dogs accepted. Amazing view from bedroom.

There was small issue with draining water after showering, but that was not a big trouble to us, mop has been provided and bathrooms were brand new and spotless.

Place was spotless on arrival, we had everything we needed, mattresses were very comfortable, location couldn't be better. Staff was friendly and helpful. Little shop on site was super bonus. Kitchen was perfectly fitted with everything you need for your stay and more.

Could not work out how to use cooker

The staff were really friendly . Helped with knowledge of were to eat. Their were self catering factiles but could not work out how to use it that was the only negative thing.Am quite sure if I had asked they would of shown me but was leaving early next 🌄

Would have been helpful to have some kitchen roll/cleaning wipes in the shared kitchen to help clean up spills. We expected a separate TV lounge, but the kitchen/TV lounge were the same room. Make sure you always have your one key card on you, or it's highly likely you'll get locked out!

Loads of parking. Very peaceful area with great access to many parts of North Wales. Spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen. Great value for money. Easy access to building.

If we were being picky, there were sweet wrappers left on the window sill and the electric socket for the kettle wasn't working. Small matters and we really didn't mind. We enjoyed our stay, thought it was ideal for our needs and would definitely stay again! Thank you

Amazing location with the mountains as a breathtaking backdrop. A herd of cattle roaming the streets made wonders for our city kids.

Great location, loved the kitchen, the underfloor heating was great, exceptionally clean. Great view of the mountains from our window.

The smell in the toilet was awful. I would suggest the owner to get some common and mild air freshener instead of strong fragrance one, as we had to put the air freshener outside in order to be able to stay in the room. And the door makes very loud noise when we close it. It will be very easy to fix it using a bit wd40.

The location is superb, only 15 mins to the mountains, and 15 mins to a small town where there are takeaways and supermarket. The place is very quiet at night (as we were the only guests during non-peak season in Feb) which is exactly what we want. The room is a big small, but we used the desks in the kitchen.
