Over night with heavy rain two of the bedrooms had leaks in the guttering so was very loud. Also the downpipes are positioned outside the same two bedroom window so you heard water running all night. Apart from disturbed sleep if it happened to rain it was perfect

The location was amazing Interior was clean and modern with everything we needed. Host was great at communicating

    Nothing was bad at all.

The area and the lodge itself was as close to perfection as you can get for a weekend break to relax and spend time with family. The patio with a BBQ was another lovely touch and everything we asked for in terms of a cot and a spare corkscrew was sorted with zero fuss. The lodge had everything and the beach with a jetty and slide for kids was also amazing. We will be back every year after this amazing stay.

The double bed was slightly on the firm side but mattresses are a preference and you cannot cater to everyone

Absolutely fantastic accommodation. The location is fabulous. The cabin itself is so cosy and inviting. It had everything and more that we needed. We were two adults and three kids and never felt on top of each other once. It's so peaceful there and you feel so at home. Side note about the area for those wanting to visit - The loch is brilliant especially with the kids with slides at the end. Ben Lomond is literally a stones throw away. There is a small shop next to the hotel down the way but it's limited on stock and ridiculously priced. Bring your own food. The kitchen is fully fitted because you are basically off the grid there (except there is signal and WiFi 🤣) Thank you for a fantastic stay

Bath towels had been used on the grass and not cleaned off afterwards unfortunately. Restaurant menu flyers need binning, they were literally years out of date! The bins in the utility room could do with info about what goes in each.

Location, absolutely superb. Lodge was lovely and clean and smelled fresh and welcoming. Instructions for heating and all remotes were all easy to find/understand. Heating was super efficient when needed. Even a welcoming bottle of wine!

The lodge is nice and clean and warm! Got All the equipments you need. Ben lomond is 3 mins drive and 9 mins walk away!! Conic hill is 20 mins away Superb location!

    Nothing to dislike.

Great location by the Loch, where you had woodlands, beaches, park areas. Lodge was very comfortable, well stocked with everything you need for a stay. Decor of the lodge was lovely with good heating, a cosy fireplace and plenty throws and cushions. All facilities you need in the kitchen, utility room, deck and living areas including good WiFi and entertainment such as Sky TV and Amaxon Alexa.

The bathroom door didn’t have a lock and didn’t close properly but only to give the owners a chance to fix it.

It was in a lovely location right on Loch Lomond with lovely views. Everything was supplied bedding, towels, cleaning products, toilets roll etc. Its facilities had everything we needed including a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Very spacious too.

There was nothing our family didn’t like about the lodge.

The lodge is beautiful. It’s clean, spacious, well maintained and dog friendly. There was everything we needed to enjoy our stay, and more. From a bottle of wine on arrival that we didn’t expect, family games we played at night, sky tv, a dolce gusto coffee machine, crisp clean bedding, and a large utility room where we stored our fishing gear so we didn’t need to bring it inside the lodge. The grounds are private and well maintained with a jetty and beach at either side. It sits right at the bottom of Ben Lomond if you like to hike and adjacent to The Rowardennan Hotel with The Clansman pub attached for refreshments and a bite to eat should you like a break from self catering.

No supermarkets nearby. It is and excellent place to stay if you're into watersports, but it is very isolated and the nearest supermarkets are quite far.

The lodge has everything you need. Very nice hosts. There was a problem with the dishwasher and they fixed it immediately.

Maybe I missed the instructions but we couldn’t find the washing machine/dryer. There was a locked door on the outside of the property and on speaking to the owner we found there was a key to that door in a kitchen drawer, and that’s where the laundry facilities are.

Location amazing, in sight of the Loch just a short walk away. West Highland Way walking trail runs past the entrance. Very quiet at night. Lodge was well equipped so we cooked some of the time and used the BBQ though there is a Pub almost next door if you prefer to eat out. It was busy though, booking for dinner recommended. Friendly and helpful owner, not on site but easy to contact by phone, grateful for me reporting a couple of maintenance issues.
