Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

South Africano heating - We could smell the gas but would not ignite and central heating did not work. we were told no linen at last minute so made things awkward for a foreign traveller no towels available and no mention that there will be no towels - I had to go buy a towel the site advertised a heated indoor pool but when we went to reception we were not allowed access as we were not members as per advert on booking.com - no mention of costs Leisure Facilities: Guests can enjoy a sauna, sun terrace, and a heated indoor swimming pool. Additional amenities include a steam room, children's playground, and an outdoor play area. Free on-site parking is available. in landlords response to my complaint was to contact her - How - no cell number available on booking.com. not all of us have email on our cell phones

The location was brilliant, literally a 5 minute walk to the beach which was beautiful and very clean and very dog friendly. Couldn’t have wished for a better location. A 10 minute drive to Barmouth town and beach and lots of beautiful places to walk.

United KingdomI had to reset the boiler as we had no hot water or heating,the sauna and indoor pool weren't included as stated on booking and were an additional fee £8 to £15 per week depending on time of year.Not enough consumables I.e toilet roll,washing up liquid etc.
Clean ,tidy with a good shower.Shops and amusements were 10 minutes walk away and beach was about 15 minutes away.

United KingdomThe only thing that was a slight inconvenience was the fact you have to drive over grass and due to the weather the car got stuck. Not a bad reflection on the property but just be mindful to park somewhere else. The owner also co tacked us before hand to say it was wet so it’s really not a bad point.
Got everything you need in kitchen including microwave and air fryer. We took our own bedding as sometimes the bedding provided isn’t always the best. But next time I stay here I’d be happy to use bedding provided as it’s all clean with protective covered.
