There was nothing not to like, we didn't use the entertainment as we found it a little expensive per person but this isn't a reflection on the caravan itself. It was the perfect base to venture out and explore which is why we went. There was a slight smell from the fridge area but that could be down to the drip tray at the back of the fridge. The caravan was comfortable and perfect for what we needed.

The caravan was comfortable, perfect for what we needed. The location was great, plenty to do around the area, short stroll to the beach and local amenities. Would stay again. Very good value for money.

Not much, it can get a little cold in the mornings out of summer months but the fire worked well, unfortunately the park wi-fi doesn’t reach the caravan, but this is a good excuse to go to the beer garden on site or over the road at Jake’s bar for your WiFi needs lol.

Great location, 150m from the on-site entertainment hub, and 50m from the main exit to Towyn road, 50m from Woof Park for the dogs, it was a perfect base for our family weekend away, dog friendly and lots of nice little touches too, board games, french boules and Uno went down a treat! the hosts met us at caravan and were lovely and couldn’t do more for us, will definitely stay again. Thank you A+J.

Overall, it was a great stay. Though, I find the entertainment pass expensive like £26 per person, and we ended using the pool only as my toddler and child (8yrs old) did not like the performance. The play area was nice. There was also an art and craft den which you have to pay £7 per person, there is bicycle or kart that you can rent. There is laundry shop as well, pizza, ice cream shop and fish snd chips onsite. If you are a light sleeper just a heads up of the road noise but not too bad at night. A chopping board would be useful next time. Utensils are available which is great plus the air fryer was a bonus! The oven, and pillows are bit tired already. Overall, it was still a great weekend.

Only problem we had during our stay was the temperature inside the caravan wasn’t the warmest. I understand that a caravan stay in the middle of November isn’t ever going to be the warmest place.

It was clean and comfortable and the owners of the caravan were very helpful and kind.

You could hear the traffic inside the caravan due to being close to the road.

The caravan was ideally situated on the site, close to all amenities. The caravan was clean and spacious.

Lovely caravan, such a welcoming place, pictures don't do it justice. I was so surprised with all the homely touches it really makes the caravan feel like home. Also in a great location with lots of things to do, we would definitely come stay again my kids loved everything about it thank you for the amazing memories.

Lovely stay but a few improvements would make it perfect.. Window latch in small bedroom was broke so children were cold. Microwave is peeling away inside.

A nasty smell around the fridge area as if milk had been spilt previously. Main door catch didn’t work so couldn’t leave the door open to get fresh air in.

Close to the amenities on site. Communication with the owner was very good - answering emails quickly. Caravan had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.
