Your selling a double room has has two single beds pushed together, what a con. I paid for a double room, the same as I have at home, and got two singles!

The only downside was the double bed mattress, which was a bit uncomfortable due to the springs. If it gets renewed, the stay would be almost perfect.

We really liked the excellent location, as we could easily explore the whole city on foot. The pool and spa area were a big highlight for us, and our 6-year-old son also had a wonderful time. The rooms and the hotel overall were very clean, and housekeeping refreshed everything daily. It’s a very family-friendly hotel. 🫶

Property could do with renovation. Rooms were basic, furniture dated. Could be better cleaned.

The hotel decor is a little dated and the breakfast could have had more variety, bacon under cooked. Room was very hot and with no air conditioning it got quite stuffy, window could only open by pulling up or down from a height not easy for a pensioner.

The location close to the beach and harbour and having 3 pools all a short walk from our hotel room. Plenty of on site entertainment and staff friendly and helpful.

The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and there was nowhere to plug my phone charger in by my bedside. The rooms get hot but fans were provided. There has been a slight improvement in the breakfast offering, but the bacon still looked under done and the coffee machines leave a lot to be desired

Hotel is clean but tired needs a bit of a spruce up. The staff are friendly and helpful as always.

I rang the hotel to say had wheelchair and older lady who had sticks assured me are rooms we together and.next to lift .room for wheelchair was through 3 doors and narrow corridors .lady on stick had 10 steps down to go up another 10 or more to room .did ask to change rooms which we did .no fuss very good

The walk from town was longer than I thought, still only 15 minutes but I thought it was closer. My sea view room was great but I did have to look over the air con units on a flat roof to see the sea! Parking prices are extortionate! The hotel is dated but clean.

This hotel offers a lot!! Indoor pools, outdoor pools, games arcade, soft okay, bowling!

This hotel could be so much better. Bathrooms need a refit. The shower is dated and so is the hotel. If the bathroom was modern and clean, my rating would be much higher

no pillows and being woken up early on sunday morning to see if our room was empty so cleaner could clean early

the hotel itself was lovely and good facilities however there was pillows missing from room - which resulted in my son sleeping without any pillows- i called down to reception twice and was told a porter would bring some up which never happened - we waited until 11pm and my son just had to sleep without pillows was wasnt the best nights sleep he had! also 08.30am on sunday morning - cleaner banging on door to see if we had left yet so she could clean? abit early considering 11am check out....

The hotel feels a bit shabby in places. The hall carpet needs updating. The room TV was very old. Just needs a bit more attention to detail.

It was quite old and needed some renovation. The floor made noise while walking, the furnitures were old. The elevatot as well was old and slow.

The pool area was great, inside and outside. The position of the hotel was good as well.

The menu was limited in the bar area, and the restaurant staff were quite dismissive . I felt the attention was lacking as I was by myself, which was disappointing.

You cannot fault the Fire & Ice experience; a real treat.
