House is a little tired and in need of updating / decorating but i understand this is in the process of being done. Upstairs big room obviously been done which was lovely.

Mattress in en-suite bedroom was uncomfortable as springs could be felt, downstairs bedroom window wouldn’t close and there could do with a big pan and serving dish to cook and serve meals for 10.

Fantastic balcony with the best views and the upstairs lounge was perfect. Will book again!

The hot tub area needs more lighting that's all.

Lovely house. Great location for a group of girlfriends to hang out for the weekend. Loved the hot tub and the upstairs outside terrace. Had everything we needed.

Excellent location easy walk done to the beach etc, with all the creature comforts you need. The hot tub was a extra bonus as it wasn’t on when we booked and the balcony area was lovely in the sun. All the family & dogs thoroughly enjoyed themselves

There is a need for some cosmetic improvement with decor, Eg new towel rail in downstairs bathroom.

What a fantastic place! I wish we had had a longer stay! easy to get too, short walk to the beach area and a really nice location. The outside area was fantastic and had spectacular views. The property itself was brilliant, we were a party of 7 and there was plenty of space. I couldn't fault the facilities at all, anything we wanted was on site. the welcome pack was very informative and impressive. We would absolutely book this property again!!

The downstairs jacuzzi bath which I was looking forward to , the plug didn't fit properly so the water drained away quite fast, and the chrome shelf on the wall needs replacing

Perfect location overlooking Trearddur Bay Lots of bedrooms to accommodate a large group and a superb terrace with lounge furniture and dining table which enabled us to spend the majority of our stay outdoors.

The house was nicely furnished with plenty of room for 10 of us, and the views and location were perfect. We wanted somewhere with room to cook and relax, and this house had everything we wanted.

the property looked as though it hadn't been properly cleaned, we own our own holiday let so we know how much hard work it is to keep it clean and maintained to a high standard, this house needs lots of maintenance and TLC. The table tennis table was broken beyond repair so we couldn't use that, the wardrobe in our bedroom was falling apart, there was a long list of things that weren't working or poorly maintained, I could supply a list to the owner if they wanted. only one toilet roll was supplied in each bathroom, and a hand towel per person is needed as well as the bath towels. the beds were too firm but that is down to personal preference. none of the issues spoilt our time at the property but with a bit of maintenance and lots of TLC this property would undoubtably be a 10/10.

The doors to the bedrooms don't fully close so we had to put something behind it to keep it closed at night

Gorgeous location, lots of space for everyone to chill together or apart. Parking for up to 4 cars on the drive. It was pet friendly too which was a bonus. The hot tub was roomy and fit us all in comfortably

The whole house is in need of a lot of TLC, looking tired. We only had one standard size bath towel each and one hand towel to share in the bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom lights over the mirror didn't work, I have informed Stan. The beds were acceptable, but not overly comfortable. The toilet roll holder is obviously old and is rusty. The upstairs ensuite toilet didn't flush properly and there was a water jug in that room,which was obviously meant for pouring extra water in to aid a flush. There's a standard lamp in the dining area that was plugged in and socket on, but NO bulb in!! On our last full day the curtain pole in the dining area suddenly fell down, narrowly missing our Grandson! I have informed Stan of this.

The location is good,within walking distance of the beach. Large dining table, large double oven,but we could only get the right hand oven to work. plenty of cutlery and crockery, large fridge freezer. Good washing machine and tumble dryer. Ideal for a family. Lovely upstairs decking, but sadly weather not conducive to using it. We had difficulty opening and closing the downstairs patio door. Despite everything, we had a good week exploring the beautiful island of Anglesey.

Noisy property, water system (taps) noisy, pull chords in the bathrooms can be heard upstairs from downstairs etc not great for someone who needs alot of sleep! kitchen utensils dirty ie oven trays were a disgrace! Sleeps 10 people but only had two toilet rolls for a family of 8! DVD player wouldn’t work upstairs!
