No instructions about how to put on hot water or heating. Nothing to dry the dishes with. It would have been helpful to know how many flights of stairs there were up to the flat - the turns on the stairs were very challenging for my friend.

Views of the castle were superb. The neighbour was very helpful.

Three flights of stairs to negotiate with motorcycle kit. People with mobility issues will struggle! Communal hallways and stairwells grubby and unkempt, whoever is in charge of these areas needs to redecorate & refurbish. Kitchen area in flat was OK but old food splashes on tiles and some crockery in cupboards was dirty. Kitchen tap works OK but is loose & needs attention/replacement.

Location excellent, a nice flat with good facilities, everything we needed for a comfortable stay, good WiFi, lovely view of Rothesay Castle.

The entryway from the street was in need of cleaning and repair. The trash cans in the entry could be behind a gate or wall. There was one hand rail along the 3-4 story staircase that had been nailed in to the wall and was easily pulled out. This was and is extremely dangerous.

This rental did not offer breakfast. But the flat itself was nicely decorated and clean. The view was great as was the location.

It was at the top of three flights of steep stairs.. There seemed to be no way of turning on the heating . It was a little chilly late evening and early morning.

The flat is on the top (3rd floor) and so expect two flights of stairs. It was fine for us as no mobility issues. Unfortunately, there are some smokers on the first floor and so the staircase window is open to keep the air fresh.

The location of the flat is perfect for a stay in Rothesay and exploring the island. The flat itself is only 100 metres from the ferry terminal but facing the castle. The keys are kept in a lock box and easy to access. The flat itself was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Having stayed in hundreds of flats i feel this was a bit overpriced. We stayed the next night in a house twice the size in glasgow for half the price. The hammer was the 3 double flights of stairs to get to flat. Old stone steps with hazards like bicycles and camping chairs to negotiate.

The view was fantastic and the flat nice and airy. Everything there that would be needed.

It's the top.floor of the tenement- 66 steps to the front door may be a bit much for some but nothing we couldn't handle thankfully!
