Shower is very weak, but probably to be expected top of a hill in a caravan park. No plastic chopping boards for food prep. Only 1 glass and 1 bread board. No very large pot for family pasta/guests.

Lovely cream tea waiting on arrival. Very reasonable. 5 minute drive into Seaton beach and town. Most of the cooking things you need. Good prep knives, though only 4 forks (use 1 to prep food and you need to wash it up for 4 people to eat). Airfryer was also super handy. WiFi with Roku Option on the TV you can use to log into your Netflix IPlayer etc. Lots and lots of board games, water pistols, badminton (net broken not usable), kids loved them all! Parking right behind the chalet, 15 yards away. Easy for luggage and beach stuff. Garage next door, 1 minute walk, is super easy as a small convenience store.

Close drive to beaches, kitchen well equipped, nice area to sit outside, peaceful location, extras like games which is good for if there was bad weather etc, lovely. Left things like washing up liquid, few teabags, coffee etc which some self catering wouldn't leave anything so that's good too. As well as lovely scones.

Loved everything about our stay, only 1 tiny thing for me would be a bottle of antibacterial spray and anti bac hand-wash for the kitchen but it's only a minor thing as I know it's self catering. We bought our own.

The Chalet is just beautiful, so clean, well thought out lots of lovely details, thoughtful bits and pieces throughout such has picnic boxes and bag a flask cool blocks things for the dog and also games and toys for the kids. Felt like a real home from home will deffo come again if we can manage to book Margaret Ann again. Peaceful park of the park too 10 out of 10.

Mattresses a little soft for my liking, and I found the shower tricky to regulate but once we found the happy setting all was fine.

Spotless, modern but cosy, lovely grounds. Everything has been provided. Lovely bedding and towels etc. fitting and kitchenware in excellent condition.

Lovely chalet on a quiet, well-run chalet park. The chalet is very cosy and has everything you need. We were welcomed with fresh scones with clotted cream, which was so nice! The owners made a great booklet with information on the area, restaurants and things to do.

A lovely chalet in very quiet and well maintained grounds. The chalet is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the owners even left us scones with jam and cream to make our own cream tea. Good location for walking the coast path. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

I honestly can't find anything to put in here. It wasn't the roomiest place to stay, but we knew that when we booked, so it wasn't a surprise. It's a chalet.

The chalet is very well equiped, and for two people (and a dog) was perfect. The hosts had even left us milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and sugar so we could have a brew as soon as we arrived. The chalet was absolutely spotlessly clean, too. We were very comfortable there. The Ship Inn at Axmouth is very good value with excellent food. The Harbour Inn is also good.
