    No hair dryer

The property was lovely, it is impeccably furnished inside, making the environment comfortable, clean, and stylish. My kids live their room, all the toys there and the book that the owner left for us-we really appreciate it and made us feeling welcomed and at home.

Amazing stay - close to the beach and the garden looks out onto fields with cows and sheep. Great place to stay for a group or family, property was warm, clean and modern with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this to anyone visiting camber sands or surrounding towns. I suggest bringing your own food and drinks with you as there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance, if you plan to drive then this is not an issue. Thank you for the welcome gift and we plan to visit again soon.

Chalet was looked new and wonderful but the leisure park itself kinda look off when we first arrive it’s looked cheap and ratty old chalets. But this one is literally at the end of the park so it’s not busy, there’s no one around. So don’t get scared or feel bad about it when entered the park :) Nisa market is really near but it’s really expensive so better to buy some stuff when you on your way. Dogs not allowed in bedrooms and there’s no description about it when you booking. Thankfully we also bring her bed with us but for future guests with dogs don’t forget to bring their blankets or beds etc.

When I’m booking a house it’s always looked nice and clean from the pictures but when you arrived it’s not quite the same. Well this is the first time I ever saw a place tidy and clean very well as described. Chalet was new furnished so it’s really pleasant to stay. Host was very thoughtful with her gift and the way she decorated bunk bed room for kids. This is the first time I ever see a place who think about kid guests and I don’t even have a child I still be amazed:) I’m scared to get cold in the house because air cons never truly works in holiday houses but in chalet there are 3 heaters and one air con that works amazing so it’s literally huge thing for me. Host was really good at communication. Best thing about this place you can see sheep's and lambs from your garden side or bedrooms. The garden also have rabbits fooling around so I loved about it. We also bring our dog and I can also say everything went fine about it.

The chalet was spotlessly clean and well equipped. There were a few little nice toiches like the rainfall shower, super comfortable mattress and a great seating area outside. Perfectly located for the beach and you wake up to the sound of the sheep in the fields nearby.

Nothing to dislike unless they are capable of calming the wind and blowing the sand in our faces but that was just the first day.

From the second we walked inside such relief to find it was just as lovely as the pictures portrayed. The beds were soooo comfortable and very good quality bedding. Spotlessly clean and absolutely everything we needed. The children didn't want to leave and that says it all !!!

Lovely little chalet. Beautifully decorated. Nothing to fault. Lovely gift on arrival. One little comment though - it would have been good to have 5 towels and 1 shower matt with 5 guests vs 4 and no matt. Perfect otherwise. Looks very new.

It's location is on the park dean resort, to use the pool you have to buy the activity pass which is expensive especially if only there for 1 night

The chalet was lovely and clean, well decorated, warm and cosy. Beds were comfortable. Convenient for Rye and the beach

The hot water went off during a shower however we quickly realised how to switch it back on, so not really a negative.

Loved the space, the cleanliness, really modern kitchen, great bedrooms, big tv and a lovely quiet spot with views over fields-even had a parking space right outside. I wouldn't change anything.

    All was fine

All as described - beautifully presented and spotless, comfortable beds and bedding, good location that was very peaceful (away from the main busy “hub”) and views from bedrooms over fields. Well equipped kitchen. A good break for 3 generational (grandma mum and son) stay. The passes to use pool etc were £26 per person so only worth it for a few days stay. But good to have on site. Other kids activities available with enthusiastic staff. Beach 5 minute walk away via a side gate.

The host was very lovely and helpful we couldn’t find the keys and she helped us very quickly, there’s even a map and recommendation for a good restaurant near by! Overall great!

My stay here was perfect, the chalet was lovely and warm, the decor has a very cosy feel. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen and bedrooms were individually heated. Kitchen was brand new. Located a few minutes from an amazing 7 mile beach where we had great walks with the dogs. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend this property.

There were dead spiders and many flies on the celling where the up and down bed was, so at the top of the bed that was close to the ceiling (we ended up not sleeping in that bed and sleeping 3 people in the other bed) The towels were very smelly (we couldn’t use them) and the room had a smell, not a nice small it was like dog smell. Cleaness comes under health and safety, we paid £240 pounds for 1 night which was WAY EXPENSIVE compared to what we found….

The door was difficult to open.

The real problems began when we returned to our chalet after a long day out. The shower water was freezing cold, I called a couple of times and was advised to press a button in the cupboard and wait 15 minutes, which I did very patiently; this method did not work and I tried the the shower again after 1/2 hr to find it was still freezing. I called the helpline again and someone was sent out to press the button again and I was told to wait again. I attempted the shower again and it was warm, thank goodness I thought I started showering again for the 3rd time only for the water to go cold again whilst washing my hair. It was awful and the last thing you want after a long day out. My children were unable to have a shower. The bathroom floor was filthy with long hairs and dog hairs. The bedroom floors were full of dog hairs and dirty. The kids bedroom bed was full of dog hairs. The bedding was terrible and the towels were old and grey. The sofa’s were smelly. The kitchen sink had the previous guests eggs stuck in the drain. This place could really do with a full spring clean, it just superficial cleaning before each guest. There once one nice touch of a gift of a book for the youngest member of our family. The chalet is cute but needs a thorough clean and hot water available after a long day out. We couldn’t wait to check out!

The property was very well presented superficially and looked welcoming on arrival. Once we entered the chalet to settle down. We notice strong air fresheners were being used to mask an awful wet dog smell.
