This is an ideal location for a break. The area near the guesthouse overlooks the sea and is an ideal spot. It’s only a short drive to the bigger town of Dartmouth if that’s what you fancy. Lucy, the host is friendly and knowledgable and will help with all your requirements. The breakfast is excellent. We will definitely be going back.

Excellent host, welcoming and extremely helpful. Room very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of room to park at the property. Good location for exploring.

It was very quiet with a great view (especially of the sunrise!) and situated in a sweet village. Lucy was a wonderful host, she gave us a very warm welcome andmade us feel at home. We had lovely chats over breakfast and she gave us lots of tips and always checked in if we had everything we needed.

The bed was a little bit uncomfortable but that is a personal thing so not a big issue.

The location , the coastline is stunning. The hostess, couldn't be more welcoming, interesting and attentive. Breakfasts were delicious. Our room was comfortable, clean and had an amazing view, walking distance to a lovely little Italian restaurant and a village pub. We had the best time!

Lucy is an excellent host and her breakfast is first class, she made it home from home. Stunning view out of bedroom window. Very good location for the bus stop and the pub. Plenty of parking available. Would highly recommend staying here.

Television in room could have been bigger.

Whole property was beautifully presented inside and out. The host Lucy made us feel welcome throughout, nothing was too much trouble.

Such a great room, plenty of cupboard space, fridge very useful, great WiFi, easy parking and our wonderful host, Lucy, looked after us very well.

We had to Travel Home.

Lucy is a brilliant host; very welcoming and amusing. Our 'sea view' room lived up to expectations and was very comfortable with a good en-suite shower room. Breakfast was excellent. The bus into Dartmouth was a bonus allowing us a great day out without having to drive.

We can't think of anything relating to the host or property, but be aware that the lanes leading to Stoke Fleming and the village itself are quite narrow in places.

The guest house has an amazing view of the beach. The beach was a two minute drive or a 10 minute walk. The host,Lucy was amazing. She made our stay for the 2 nights amazing. Breakfast was really good and the coffee too. Definitely coming back here. The rooms were clean and kept clean during our stay.

The decor was maybe a little tired looking but fine.
