The double bed and mattress in this room are both brand new and people rave about the comfort of the bed. Sadly, I think the real issue here is that you arrived 4 hours early to the property and were not granted early access to your room as it was not yet ready. You have also failed to mention in your review that you were given somewhere free to store your bikes securely and safely overnight. Something which was not asked us of us until the very last minute and yet you have marked us so low across almost all areas.
