Very central, easy to get around the town. Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Had everything you could possibly need. A lovely to sit in the garden and listen to the stream.

Where to start...what a gem. Location could not be better for the bike trails, the river trail, mountain biking and running, for the High street, bars, cafes and Co-op. The Apartment was perfect for us, it has everything and more needed, lovely sitting area, kitchen area and double bedroom with sliding door. its presented really well, updated, modern..including a little drinks cabinet. We were welcomed with biscuits and milk, there is shampoo conditioner and shower gel if needed For the bike theres a great storage unit, felt really secure. outside theres communal areas, a stream, its so tranquil. Annette and Roy were contactable and so thoughtful. I would recommend 100%

We did enjoy our stay, but, we are both elderly, hubby has Parkinson’s and I’ve got a lot of arthritis. The steps up to the apartment were difficult, the ginnel through was pitch black at night till you got to the end. And the sofa and chair extremely low. I don’t want to condemn this lovely apartment, but have to say, it’s is not suitable for elderly or disabled people. I would though recommend it more able body people .

Lovely surprise of basket of biscuits and a bottle of Prosecco. Very tastefully decorated and kitchen had everything you could need. Bathroom was also very well fitted with toiletries and plenty towels.

The apartment is dog friendly, but there isn't an outdoor space or garden where the dog can go to the toilet. When you have a fussy collie like ours, she won't just go on the road so had to walk to the local park in the dark to let her go. Understand why this is the case, with it being a communal space, but made things a little harder for us.

The property was great and we had a lovely stay! Easy to find, with on the road parking and really close to local shops (great coffee from a little spot called Haus and Co!). We walked Lee Pen on the last day, and finished with a drink at Durty Brewery. Lots to do and see! The apartment itself was warm and comfortable and had a great use of space and storage. All in all, a great find!

The only issue we had was the TV, which is listed as a smart TV with streaming services. The TV was an older one than on the listing photos which had no WIFI connection, so we could not access streaming services and there was no subscription for the Sky channels. Due to poor signal we could barely even watch the satellite channels, which was a shame as the weather was terrible and we had to spend a lot of time inside.

The apartment was very clean, cosy and well planned out. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfy. Annette and Roy were great hosts and very helpful. The location is great for walks too, and is central to Innerleithen while still being quiet.

The lane leading into the bottom stairs was pitch black so take a torch 🔦. The bathroom was a little dusty & needs some air to it otherwise everything you needed.

It was warm & cosy & fabulous location. It was wonderful with everything catered for even a bottle of milk & biscuits & sparkling ✨️ Cava. Such a treat.
