Small WC is a bit stuffy, but nothing major.

Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Walking distance from train station and supermarket. Clean and comfortable house equipped with all needed facilities. Will definitely come back.

The kitchen sink was blocked (drained slowly and a little back smell) and bathroom needs some TLC (Bathroom is dated and some mould staining but did not smell and did not affect us.)(. However, we were made aware of the kitchen sink on arrival (a refurbished is delayed)and it did not affect our stay. There was a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer if we stayed for longer which is beneficial. There is an ant infestation in the kitchen; then in the mornings the bench tops were covered and climbing into kettle. However, we removed ants and they did not affect us because we cleaned the kettle each time before boiling and given the time of year ants are a nuisance at home too.

The property had everything we needed for a two day stay and very close to accessible rail :) The property had home comforts and bedroom were clean and comfortable. The shower was right temperature and powerful. Everything was clean and I believe the mould staining is more due to ventilation than not being cleaned. A local family offering a clean comfortable and affordable place to stay. I would stay again and positives outweigh the minimal negatives.

Some parts of the house aren't up to the standards that you might have if you want a modern, recently refurbished home but it has everything you need and we had a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great location within walking distance of Chessington. Hosts were really helpful and friendly and we had a great weekend with plenty of space for all of us.

it wasn’t a big deal but as it was such nice weather and hot , it was a shame the back garden wasn’t really sorted to sit outside.

The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable - it had everything we needed and in a good location for what we needed.

did not know how to adjust heating temperature - was set at 22 degrees . grateful to be warm but just too hot . maybe provide instructions to guests on using keypad .

Mould in the bathrooms. Kitchen was unfinished - holes in the wall. Decor is old fashioned and did not feel homely.

In general the house is in a poor state, especially the kitchen.

Close to Chessington world of Adventure and the kids loved the single beds

It’s a shame the owners seem nice people. The pictures of the kitchen is not what is on the advertisement. Positives. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The bathroom was dated needs a referb but ok. Shower riser was loose. Lounge chairs looked old and tired. The kitchen had been ripped out and some form of temp kit was put in place. Not fit to be rented out again. The kitchen flooded twice when we was there. The work too was balanced on the cooker with the hob above not good and the sink was not fitted properly. The tv was still broke from the previous people who left a review. Not worth the money I payed. If you intend to let these places out you should make sure it’s satisfactory.

Mould in the bathrooms, hot water tap in the kitchen doesn't work. Small garden at the front of the property looks very messy - not as welcoming as it could be, easily rectified by removing the grass and gravelling the area. Old empty juice container found in the front bedroom. Blind in back bedroom appears dirty.

The couple that own the property are absolutely lovely and very friendly. The house is in a good location, close to Chessington world of adventure and local shops,pubs. Beds were comfortable.

Nothing

It was clean and supplied with everything you would normally have in your own house. It was very spacious and homely. There were plenty of towels, sanitary items scattered around the house so you never had to go look for anything. There was a dishwasher which was very convenient and plenty of cutlery and plates etc for a large group of people. The host was very responsive and helpful! This is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at and it was very good value for money!
